Looking for a great place to retire? You’d be hard put to find a better place than Central Oregon. And Sunriver is the crown jewel of the area. It’s not just Central Oregon’s premier vacation destination, but also a wonderful place to live.

Come to play and end up staying

Like many residents, often Sunriver retirees choose the area after vacationing here and falling in love with it. People who live here share this love of the town, along with an appreciation for the stunning natural beauty and the Northwest lifestyle. A lot of retirees are actively involved in the community via a variety of local groups and organizations, many with a philanthropic focus.

Along with residential areas and recreational facilities, Sunriver has a commercial mall, the Village at Sunriver, which is a hubbub of community activity. The mall offers vacationers and residents a variety of businesses and services including restaurants, retail shops, galleries, recreation and events. The Sunriver community has a permanent population of about 1,700, though at any given time, it may have many times as many vacationers in attendance. Community-wide digital cable TV, fiber-based broadband Internet and local cell towers keep Sunriver well connected.

Homes for rent or sale are available in a variety of price ranges, from condos and cabins to mountain and golf course view mansions, homes on the airport with hangar garages, and river front homes. Village Properties at Sunriver can help you find just the home you’ve been dreaming of for your retirement. Give us a call or email us — we’d love to hear more about what you’re looking for, so that we can help you find it.
