If you selected the S.H.A.R.C. Reimbursement Selection Perk for your stay, please complete the form below for your reimbursement. Purchase dates must fall within your stay dates at Village Properties at Sunriver to qualify for reimbursement. Receipts must be submitted within 15 days of purchase.

    Selection Perk: S.H.A.R.C. Reimbursement Information

    The S.H.A.R.C. Reimbursement Perk is part of the Village Properties at Sunriver guest perks program, the VIP Experience. This perk is one of our Selection Perks, which are perks that are included in your stay and selected as part of your booking process.

    The SHARC Reimbursement Perk (if selected) during your stay will cover:

    • Up to $250 reimbursement for entry to the S.H.A.R.C. Aquatic Center
    • Up to $60 reimbursement for tennis/pickleball court fees with S.H.A.R.C.

    Note: If you select S.H.A.R.C. Reimbursement (or are automatically enrolled by not choosing any Selection Perks) but wish to change over to 3 Exploration Activities, please let our reservation desk know and we will happily help. If this occurs during your stay, you will have to stop by the Village Properties at Sunriver office to pick up your activity tickets. Homes that have S.H.A.R.C. passes included automatically include those passes as your Selection Perk and do not have the option to change.
