Housekeepers

Village Properties at Sunriver, LLC. is a family-owned business looking for energetic and self-motivated men and women to join our Housekeeping team! We are currently hiring for both Full and Part-time positions.

Experience is not necessary and we are willing to train the right person!  Starting wage is $16.00 for no experience and up to $18.00 DOE.  In addition, starting 06/01/21 and running through 08/31/21 all employees will receive an additional $2.00 per hour "Appreciation Pay" as a wage incentive. This equates to $960.00 extra if you are working Full-Time!

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and remain motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Weekend availability
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

For Housekeeping Dept.

We are currently hiring for both Full and Part-time Quality Control Housekeeping positions. This position is responsible for inspecting & stocking homes after they have been cleaned. Duties may change as needs change.

Starting wage is $17.00 or DOE. In addition, starting 06/01/21 and running through 08/31/21 all employees will receive an additional $2.00 per hour "Appreciation Pay" as a wage incentive. This equates to $960.00 extra if you are working Full-Time! Mileage is also reimbursed.

Maintenance Runner

Seasonal/Summer Time Position 

Wage: $15/hr

Village Properties at Sunriver, LLC, is looking for a new member of our maintenance team! This member will be responsible for performing tasks related to opening of homes that are maintained on the Village Properties Vacation Program. This position is to assist the maintenance staff and will involve the preparedness of opening a home for guests. 

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Cleaning BBQ grills thoroughly, 
  • Blowing out garages and driveways as well as all decks, patio furniture, patios, and walkways. 
  • Additional duties will be the delivery of extra propane tanks for BBQs when needed 
  • Helping housekeeping staff with the delivery and pick up of laundry bags when needed.  

This person will interact or communicate effectively with Village Property staff as well as guests and others as directed. The list of duties for this position is illustrative rather than complete; and may include other duties as required by the Maintenance Manager, other maintenance staff or company owner. 

This person will not be expected to perform heavy labor requiring more than one person, nor will he/she conduct any repair that would require the expertise of a trained professional (such as a licensed electrician, licensed plumber, or licensed roofer). This person would not be expected to perform any duty or repair that is outside his/her level of expertise or which would compromise his/her safety or the integrity of the property. 

Qualifications:

To successfully perform this position, the Maintenance Staff member must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualification requirements listed below represent minimum levels required for this position: 

  • Must present yourself in a positive manner with clean clothes and good hygiene.
  • The use of a personal vehicle will be needed with mileage paid.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work on your own at times and complete stated tasks each day.
  • A personal cell phone for communication with Maintenance Manager and staff.
  • Jobs will be performed in a workmanlike manner and job sites will be left clean and orderly unless instructed otherwise.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well with other staff members and guests; the use of profanity is not accepted.
  • No smoking allowed on any Vacation Home or Long-Term Property.
  • All jobs are to be completed in the most efficient manner and a record of the time taken to perform the job will be kept as well as travel time and mileage.
  • Miscellaneous duties may also include garbage collection and pick up, grounds clean up, power washing, paint touch up and other duties as requested or assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Assisting other members of the Maintenance staff & Housekeeping staff when requested.
  • Must work on weekends.

Reservationist

Wage: $16/hr

Village Properties at Sunriver, LLC. is a real estate, vacation rental, and long-term rental property management company located in Sunriver, Oregon. Our office is in the Sunriver Business Park at 56835 Venture Lane, Suite #109. Village Properties at Sunriver, LLC. is looking for energetic and self-motivated person to join our Reservationist team!  Full and Part-time positions are available. 

Job responsibilities include:

    • Answer incoming reservation calls in a prompt and courteous manner.  Describe rental properties that will meet the caller’s needs and secure the reservation.   
    • Forward calls for other departments to the appropriate party.  When taking messages assure accurate information is obtained.  Note:  It is important to get proper information (who, what, why, when, where, how) such as name, property, etc.
    • Follow up with e-mail leads as assigned by the Vacation Rental Sales Manager.
    • Physically visit all homes on the Vacation Rental Program and become familiar with the attributes of each.
    • Complete assigned daily tasks in Escapia reservation system and Track.
    • Maintain records and prepare paperwork for guest’s arrival.
    • Assist Long Term Department with collection of rents.
    • Assist other departments as time allows and as directed by Supervisor.
    • Complete any tasks or special projects as assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.

 You must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
