Hiking, Biking and Rock Climbing at Smith Rock State Park
Located approximately 45 miles north of Sunriver and just east of Terrebonne, Smith Rock State Park is nationally and internationally known as a premiere rock climbing area. There are also miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. The Crooked River that created the winding canyons magnifies the beauty of the park. A $5 park admission fee is required and dogs must be on a leash. The park is open daily, except holidays, and closes at dusk.
