Empty Bowls is a very special event that benefits NeighborImpact’s Emergency Food Assistance Program. Ticket includes a handcrafted bowl, artisan bread, homemade soup, refreshments and dessert. This event is held at COCC and food is prepared by the Cascade Culinary Institute and Village Baker. NeighborImpact’s Food Assistance Program feeds approximately 22,000 each month and distributes about 2.6 million pounds of food locally each year in Central Oregon.
