Sunriver Resort’s Holiday Kick Off

Sunriver Resort is bringing back its annual Grand Illumination! This tree lighting ceremony is the official kickoff to the Traditions season, the holiday events and programs Sunriver has every year.  Enjoy food from local vendors, reserve a table in the Main Lodge at Lodge Kitchen or Owl’s Nest, listen to some live entertainment on the outdoor stage in the Backyard, or get some early holiday shopping done inside the Merchant Trader.

Event Schedule:

12-4:30pm- Pony Rides, Train Rides, Bounce Houses, and Put Put

12-5:30pm- Raffle Ticket Sales for local nonprofit and Rides on the Wonderland Express

12-7pm- Oregon Observatory telescope viewing, holiday crafts, and face painting at the Observatory

2pm- Santa Arrives to Sunriver

2-5pm- The North Pole is open to visit Santa

2:30-7pm- Live music

5:45pm- Tree Lighting with Santa

5:55pm: Firework Show followed by Holiday Light Show and raffle announcement

6-7pm- Santa reopens the North Pole for Visits
