The Suttle Lodge will host the final guest chef dinner in the 2017 Winter Dinner Series on April 29th. Chef de Cuisine Jason Hegedus of Ava Gene’s will bring his simple and rustic Roman inspired cuisine to the lodge. Chef Hegedus uses the best local produce and meats grown and raised by Pacific NW farmers and ranchers, sustainable seafood, and pastas made in-house from regional grains. Tickets are $45 per person and dinner begins at 7pm . Special lodging pkgs are available at the lodge – make an entire weekend of it on beautiful Suttle Lake.
