  • Members of COROA – we are active members of Central Oregon Rental Owners Assocaition, which provides us with a strong network of referrals as well as current information and changes to Tenant/Landlord Law for the State of Oregon
  • Showing Home – prospective tenants are accompanied by on our staff to see the inside of the home
  • Screening Prospects – we check all: rental references, credit reports, criminal background checks, previous evictions and employment verification
  • Security Deposits – we hold the security deposit to ensure all inventory has been accounted for and all maintenance repairs have been completed
  • Month End Statements – we mail the statements and net proceeds directly to our owners or to their banks
  • Condition Reports & Maintenance Inspections – before and after the tenants move in/out, our maintenance department does a thorough inspection and full inventory report of the home.
  • Property Security Inspections – each vacant property is inspected at least once a month
  • Seasonal or Subcontractor Repairs – we schedule, oversee and inspect any seasonal work or any subcontractor repairs that an owner may have done.
  • Discount – our owners receive a 10% discount on reservations for any of our vacation rental properties
