Spacious is the name of the game at 15 White Elm! This reverse-living home with a large great room and dining room could be just right for your family gathering. There is a great view of Mt. Bachelor, along with a filtered view of the 5th Fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course. Each of the four bedrooms are very spacious and all have their own bath. Expansive upper and lower decks give you loads of room for that family BBQ along with a hot tub.
“Very clean and comfortable! Plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishes and cookware. We appreciated the layout of the home--bathrooms, bedrooms, living space for our large group. We had a wonderful family time!”
“We had a great time at sunriver. This home has the sharc (sunrivers waterpark) passes for 10 people. All rooms have a private bath which is awesome,it was s reverse living home so the 3 bedrooms were downstairs which helped to keep them cool and one bedroom upstairs with the kitchen, dining and living room.It needs a little updating but nothing that would stop me from returning. It has 4 adult bikes for you to use is in a great location for walks or riding bikes. Thanks for opening your home!”
“This large Sunriver home was the perfect place to stay for our ski trip. With plenty of room to roam for three families and a pleasant place to gather this home was just what we wanted. The bedrooms are spacious and each has the privacy of its own bathroom. The upstairs had a large dining table, kitchen and living room complete with fireplace. We had sunny days and a beautiful view of Mt. Bachelor each day. It was a great launching pad for multiple days skiing the mountain.”
“Our group has rented from Village Properties on 6 other occasions, but not in this house. We all liked the layout. The dining table is large and worked well for us. The kitchen is very well stocked and we never wanted for a dish, pot or pan or silverware. There are plenty of bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. Some of the living room furniture is dated and very soft and low slung. A little hard to get out of. As always, Village Properties made this rental experience a pleasure. We will try to rent this home again.”
“The photos don't even really do it justice. There is tons of space to spread out in this home. Our 10-person family had a wonderful time here. The fireplace is toasty, the hot tub roomy, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Loved the big table that everyone could eat at together. Plenty of deck space around the house. It is not the most modern or up-to-date property, however, it is very clean and suited our party perfectly. The bikes on hand were great for riding around on (sometimes you never know what you get with these properties...) 2 cruisers and 2 all terrain bikes. A jacuzzi tub in one of the bedrooms was a pleasant surprise as well! Will definitely be returning to #15 for another family vacation. Thank you...”
The perfect place for families and those who appreciate living space
“Stayed here with the family and some relatives visiting from out of town. We had kids and adults and everyone felt comfortable in the house. A bathroom in each room was a great convenience and the layout of the main area was perfect. We also enjoyed the deck, the grill, and of course the hot tub. The clean garage was an excellent place to clean and maintain the bikes we brought for the competition. Lastly, did I mention the Village Properties folks were awesome? Great service, painless check-in and checkout and they helped us find an item we had forgotten. Thanks for the great experience. We'll definitely be back!”
“We stayed at #15 White Elm for a long weekend with for a big family get together. We had three families with a total of 5 adults, 6 kids, and 3 dogs - plus grandma and grandpa hanging out with us throughout the day. This house was a perfect blend of livability, amenities, and size. Every huge bedroom has its own bathroom so everyone has their own private space, plus there is a powder room to share in the main living area for general use. There is a big dining table that seats 12, and lots of dishes, pots, and pans for cooking for a large crowd. Its also a 10 minute walk to the river -or- fort rock park. There are a couple of bikes in the garage to use. Everything is very open and spacious. The finishes and furniture are dated but clean and comfortable (i.e., compatible with real life). If you want granite and leather, keep looking and plan to spend a lot more money. We really thought this was a great place where we could relax and play with our kids. Have fun!”
“Very friendly and accomodating staff in the office. Every request was met with an immediate response that was courteous and professional, very good customer service.House was perfect for our group of five. Plenty of space in common living area and dining room. Wonderful natural light and views due to all the large windows. With the reverse floor plan it feels a bit like being in a tree house!! A plus is each bedroom has at least a full/queen/king bed (no bunks) with an attached bathroom. Great outdoor space with large wrap around deck with a nice grill and private hot tub. Many thanks to the Village bike shop and village properties for repairing and tuning up the bikes provided by the house. We went to rent a bike at the shop and mentioned the house bikes were not in great condition and they were over in an hour working on the bikes in the garage!!! Thanks also for the spring price deals, it made it financially a very reasonable rate for the size and amenities of the house. I would definitely rent through Village properties in the future, and would rent this house again.”
Oregon Nordic Club had fantastic time in Sunriver!
“Sharleen and the rest of the Village Properties staff were incredibly helpful in helping choose the right house for our group of Oregon Nordic Club families. The house (#15 White Elm) was extremely clean and comfortable. We all had a fantastic time and hope to make the trip an annual tradition. Thank you Village Properties!”
Very roomy house lived up to its selling points online
“We rented #15 White Elm in Sunriver during Thanksgiving. We had six adults and three kids and a baby staying at the house. The kids had a room and bathroom to themselves, which they liked a lot. My wife and I had a large bedroom with a jacuzzi tub and plenty of privacy for the crying baby. No one was awaken by the baby, who had many screaming nights. That was a great thing about the house. It was very cold outside while we were there, but the house stayed very comfortable. We got a call on our cell phone from the rental property agency staff while we were on our way from Portland. They wanted to know if we had four wheel drive since there was about eight inches of snow on the ground. When we told them that we didn't, they made sure that the driveway was plowed before we arrived - a great service. We cooked most of our meals at the house for the whole week and never needed anything (except skewers for the turkey) since the kitchen was well stocked. The least liked thing about the property was that there didn't seem to be a good orientation notebook provided. That would have sped the learning process up about the house's amenities. An inventory of things in the house would have been helpful.”
