The house was very clean and welcoming. Its a big house, and no AC when it was in the 90's made it a bit uncomfortable by afternoon. Loved the home though, thank you for everything!

This house was great for a large group with kids. We loved that there were two rooms with bunks--it made it easy to arrange beds for 5 kids! We also appreciated the extra towels for the hot tub/SHARC. The location is great--not too far north to easily ride bikes to the mall or take the river loop. However, we were really turned off by all the pet fur around the house! I think it probably is difficult to clean and hides under the couches...but it worked it's way out while we were there. Otherwise everything was very clean!
House was a perfect size and location! Loved the deck!

Nice property. Close to a beautiful river walk. Lots of room for everyone and a large table for family dinners. We had a wonderful stay here at SunRiver.
We walked in the house and realized we had stayed here 20 years ago with three families! My oldest son, here with his three children said, “The Nintendo room!” This time, again, the house was a perfect size for our group. The bedroom setup worked well for everyone. The living room furniture was very comfortable, huge dining table was used by all, the deck was lovely for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We brought out bicycles but had we not, whew, lots of choices. We loved the Sharc passes! Beds were comfortable, location was great, and everyone had a great time. Thankful for the fans! Lots to like about this house and would certainly stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Sunriver in spite of the weather. Aspen Lane 20 was very well appointed and lacked for nothing. When we ran out of minor items, housekeeping was quick to replace them. We would definitely rent this home again.
Home was fairly comfortable. Had a hard time regulating heat in the home. Overall we had a wonderful time!

A very nice location and house. Hot water was extremely hot. One deck board was questionable for replacement and one post was not solid.

The house was perfect for our large group! Could have used more pool passes though. Thank you!!

This house was great for are large extended family (12) plenty of room..beautiful location ,there are more stairs than I expected, It was a little hard for my husband he had a walker..but all and all we had a wonderful time, rafting and bike riding..
Great for large groups!
This property is big, clean, and nicely appointed. Hosts were great. Centrally located for all activities. Accommodated our large group nicely. No air conditioning makes it uncomfortable in the hot summer days. They included lots of fans which helped. Overall experience was quite positive.

Everything was great and work great. The only thing I would say is that the bikes need upgraded. We couldn’t even ride bikes because they were all broken.
It had all the amenities we needed, great deck to BBQ, bikes in the garage for the kids to ride, bunk beds, well stocked kitchen, and was pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again, my kids were so disappointed to leave!

20 Aspen Lane was the perfect family getaway for us. The reverse living layout gave us great space to interact around meal times and the deck provided a great extension of the living space. The bedroom layout couldn’t have been more perfect. A great master for mom & dad or g’ma & g’pa and two additional suites with rooms for mom & dad or older children and bunk rooms for the kids with Jack & Jill bathrooms between. The house was clean and well stocked with all the needed basics. The bikes were rough. One with a derailed chain that would have required dismantling to fix, another with no brakes and a third with a complete flat. Other than that...our stay was perfect and the house turned out to be the centerpiece. The location was far enough away to be nice and quiet but close enough that 10 minute bike rides put us at Cafe Sintra, our favorite breakfast spot. We also enjoyed take out from Hola and Marcello’s and quenched our bike riding thirst on the lawn behind the lodge. The perfect family getaway!
