Village properties is an excellent company to rent from. They really go the extra step with making sure everything meets your expectations. They were a pleasure to deal with. Brad, Jenna and team are awesome. They are very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some fun ideas for our week in sun river.
The property is walking distance to the town center and that is what we wanted with younger kids that want to do the activities etc.. also going out to dinner was nice not to have to drive and park.
The house was clean and well kept. It is a little dated but its a nice clean cabin. The layout provides for plenty of room upstairs. Perfect for our family. Its a unique mountain cabin design and the kids room had a flat screen TV and video game consul. Kitchen had new appliances and dishes were plentiful and in good condition.
Overall Great cabin and wonderful time in Sun River- Aaron C. from UniversityPlace, Posted: 10/03/2020
We had a wonderful time staying in quiet Sunriver and recreating Mt. Bachelor. The house's are well spread out and the hot tub was wonderful after a long day in the snow. The only issue we had was the upstairs was very cold and there was no way to get it warm.- Brittany B. from Eugene, Posted: 02/03/2021
The location was great. Cozy place and very clean, however there is no air conditioning just box fans. Its was very hot and uncomfortable. The bikes did not work as well.- Anonymous from Kelso, Posted: 10/18/2020
Wanted to get away and play in some snow, we received fresh snow the last 2 days in town, it was great. We walked to the Sunriver square a couple times, perfect location. The house was very clean, catered well for big meals and card games. We booked this house mostly for the hot tub, which was only hot the first night, it was not turning on the last few days. We tried calling the numbers provided, nobody answered to help troubleshoot. It kind of turned a great stay in to an average stay. This issue was the only reason for not giving 5 stars.- Nick G. from Sandy, Posted: 01/16/2021
My husband and I stay in Sunriver once a year and rented out this cabin for our latest visit. The perks were being so close to the shopping center and right at the entrance of the property. Was easy to find and was a quiet location. The decor is really cute and has a very homey feel. Kitchen was nice with a flat stove top to cook on. A real wood burning fireplace was also a big plus!
Downsides to this place is it is right next to the train tracks which I don’t mind but my husband didn’t appreciate. The upstairs bathroom was clean until you looked at the ceiling. All sorts of weird stains that look like they never wiped down, and being as low as it was we were kind of surprised. The shower sliders also felt like a cheap motel.
We stayed only 3 nights and spent most of our days out and about so it was totally fine to just warm up at night in and go to sleep. If you’re planning on staying longer, I would probably suggest looking for another place.- Anonymous from Vancouver, Posted: 12/19/2020
Cute little cabin. Sleeps 9. Could use more available cleans supplies for guests (nothing available to wipe counters or table down with other then a kitchen sponge) no hand soap available in bathrooms except bar soap for shower. 3 bikes available, only one in good working order. One had a flat tire, ones gears slipped continuously. Train goes by sometimes even in the middle of the night.
We would definitely stay again even with the downfalls! Very cute and comfortable. Walking distance to the village. Not directly on a pathway, you’ll need to make your way through a neighbors property.- Carley B. from Medford, Posted: 10/13/2020
This was a cute very clean house, we enjoyed are stay and the house was perfect for our family. We would stay again! The only this that is needed would be a better stocked kitchen as far as baking dishes and bowls.- Lori W. , Posted: 12/17/2019
Clean and cozy. Plenty of towels. Bikes were in rough shape but we had a pump and were able to get about ok. Would like to come back when the Sharc was open.- Anonymous from Cardiff By The Sea, Posted: 10/19/2020
This home was clean and comfortable, and had a great location. We were here for the Pacific Crest Sports Festival, so it was very convenient. The kitchen was a bit small for us, though.- Amie , Posted: 06/28/2016
The layout was great for a big group with plenty of space to hangout. Can walk to the village in 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again in the future.- Eric , Posted: 07/07/2017
Nice with a spacious deck. Good location. Enjoyed our stay.- John , Posted: 07/21/2017
Perfect for our family of 5
The location is awesome. We could walk or ride bikes to the Village and all of the nearby activities. The rooms are comfortable, but not fancy. The bathrooms are funky, with small stall showers, so I wouldn't have wanted to have a baby or kids who needed a bathtub. Overall, the place was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. We would definitely stay here again.- Sarah , Posted: 08/14/2017
3 Hare Lane
Place has anything you'd need for your stay, convenient location. AC would be a great upgrade to have, but we appreciated the fans running when we checked in.- Jenica , Posted: 08/19/2018
Nice Spot For A Getaway
My family and I rented this home for our weekend Holiday getaway, and we were pleased with the space overall. It was close to a little town, and about 20 minutes away from Bend, OR. Nice spot for a getaway.- Courtney , Posted: 12/25/2018
The home is very cozy and has lots of room. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious and would be a great fit for families or even two families! Our pets were great in there as they had plenty of room. The deck is spacious and great for a group. Lots of parking on site so you don’t have to worry if you bring multiple vehicles. Loved our stay, it was perfect!”- Brad , Posted: 09/29/2019
Very pleased with our stay here
We were here for a winter vacation with the family, and enjoyed tubing at Mt. Bachelor with the kids. This home was a great place for us to stay - we were very pleased with it.- Robert , Posted: 02/21/2016
