The kitchen was well stocked with appliance and cooking tool needs, as well as dish ware was concerned. We really appreciated the personal toiletries left for us to us, as well as nice, fresh smelling towels Only one was left that was frayed and should be disposed. We did not feel the bedspread in the upstairs bedroom was quality at all and was very outdated. We would have greatly appreciated recessed lighting over the large sectional, so one could read, as there were no lamps for lighting there either. The WiFi was great as were the living room TV and cable connection.
The hot tub and bbq and bikes are a terrific addition to the desirability of this home, even tho the bikes were not good for our use. A garage door opener or button wired in just before leaving the garage to ride would be helpful rather than having one of us head back in the house while the other watches our personal bikes.
Thank you so much for the many signs left around the property to inform us of your wishes when we get ready to check-out. We felt well informed and appreciate this. We will want to rent this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation rental. There was everything you could want in this particular unit. We especially appreciated the two, king bed rooms with either attached or very close, 3 piece bathrooms.

The staff at Village Properties are very help and easy to work with. We appreciated all their help! We enjoyed the house, it was perfect for our family of 6. We look forward to returning sometime soon!

The house worked well for our family and we loved that it was close to the Village. It was comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our long weekend getaway on Kildeer Lane. The house was very conveniently located to the Village and the swim facility and had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and we really loved the house as a command center for all out activities. It happened to be a very warm weekend and we noticed the lack of AC. We’ve never needed it in Bend before but with summers getting hotter and hotter it is an amenity we will look for in the future.

To whom it may concern. The property we stayed at was very nice and convenient, it was close to the town center which made nice for walking. They neighbor is kept up nice and the neighborhood was quite. Only complaints would have to be the beds. They are quite old and springs are a pressure point killer. The futon mattresses were in the down stairs have been ran through and made you sleep in a crater. The upstairs couch is in the same condition. The owners should take this into consideration. We hit the first hot weekend of the year and the fans had one speed which was very slow (you should look into that). The deck paint was coming up so paint chips where making there way inside the house due to sticking to the bottom of your feet. the Village property staff are extremely helpful I was dealing with Brad K on a early check in and was excellent to work with. Thank you.

No AC! I didn’t even think to make sure. Bikes in garage need some TLC...new tires and tune ups. Other than that, it’s a nice spacious house.

Our second time staying at this address. We love the convenience of having the Village within close walking distance. Our group was six adults and two small children and we fit fine. We cooked some meals in and had everything we needed. The couch is obviously quite old but it was still comfortable and provides a good amount of seating. We’d definitely stay here again.

The house is in a nice location with easy access to the Village. The layout was nice and large living space was great! Hot tub was large & nicely kept. The only area for improvement would be the lamps/lighting in bedrooms & the bed comforters. There is also no A/C which wasnt problematic during our stay but could be in the summer months.

We had an amazing stay at Killdeer Lane 1. We loved the layout, hot tub, and the high quality linens and towels. Being so close the shops and restaurants was nice too. The house gets a little hot inside at mid day but if you open the windows at night, it cools down pretty quick. The toilets can easily get clogged if too much toilet paper is used. Overall, we loved our experience.

the house was roomy. Really enjoyed the big dining table. The couch is about ready for replacement and more living room seating would have been nice. The patio table needs replaced. The place wasnt very clean. Carpet needs cleaning. I dusted the fans and furniture. I got an incredible deal so it was ok. We might try it again. Sunriver is very nice. Location was great. Management was amazing!

This house is a great place to stay if you're looking for a location that's within walking distance of both the SHARC center and village. The furniture is basic but very comfortable. The hot tub is a great spot to relax in the evenings and the living room upstairs is a nice gathering area for everyone. The property management company was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. I hope to stay here again in the future.
