The layout is really great for a group with lots of people, especially kids. The bedrooms are grouped at the opposite ends of a long hall (2 on each end), which creates a nice distance but doesn't leave any children too far away for comfort. Wonderful seating areas and hot tub/deck, very welcoming home overall. And everything in the home is in great condition. I'd definitely go again!

We loved this home - we rented for a family weekend for my friends 40th birthday. The beds and living spaces were comfortable - the kitchen well stocked and the Super Market is directly behind the house if you forgot something. The kids enjoyed SHARC passes, bikes and foosball table.

This house was perfect size for our group of 6 (with beds to spare). Couch was comfortable, beds were comfortable, the separate family/tv room was nice, kitchen well stocked and we spent a lot of time at the long dining room table. Hot tub was larger than most, clean and hot! The country store was very conveniently located too!

Great house for multiple families
Loved the separation of spaces. Great for families. Will book again for sure.

We all loved this house. Lots of separation of space for our family gathering. The private, sunken, newer hot tub was amazing and we never had an issue with it. Sitting in it with my sister in law as the snowflakes fell will always be a great take away! A week long tournament of foosball was fun for all of us (ages 4-67)! We would love to eventually use the bonus of included SHARC passes, due to covid/weather, we haven’t been able to. The home is well appointed, the beds are memory foam kings and very comfortable, the living and family room furniture is like a grandpa’s big bear hug—warm and soft and just right. I do wish the “welcome” placard had been more obvious—it had info on it that I was looking for on day one, but didn’t discover until the day we left, however, my daily phone calls to the patient and helpful PM answered any issues or questions! The back bedrooms and family room do get very cold if the heater isn’t on consistently, I’m not sure what could be done about that. Maybe a ceiling fan or blower system by the gorgeous ceiling high rock face fireplace? I do wish there had been notation of lack of DVD’s to watch—most rentals have those on site but this house didn’t. I don’t know if that’s a covid thing. The other thing that was a little odd was that some channels weren’t available in the living room but were in the family room. The kitchen has what you need—but bring spices, Saran Wrap, ziploc, and hand soap for the kitchen sink as those sorts of things weren’t in the house. A huge positive: the North Store is right behind the house, across the path and backyard. It isn’t as well stocked as the Village store but it works I’m a pinch. It is a good 4 mile round trip, uphill both ways on the walking/bike path to the village—which is the ONLY thing I would say is a negative about this house. Overall, we loved our stay
We stayed here for three nights with extended family and our toddler. There is plenty of room for a big group to hang out and have their own space. The bedroom we stayed in (one of the two masters at the back of the house) was great for us with our 2 year old because there was a very big walk in closet where we stashed her portable crib. It was also very quiet at that end of the house, so we were able to have fun later into the night without disturbing the kiddo.

We were a family with three boys (ages 4-10) and both sets of grandparents. There was enough room for everyone. It’s a little bit set away from the Sunriver shopping area and SHARC, but there is a grocery story pretty much right out the back door. Came in handy when we realized we didn’t have syrup or basil. Someone would just walk to the store 2 minutes away. We enjoyed the layout of the home. TVs were a little difficult at first, but the people before us must have hooked up something and not rehooked up the cable. An easy fix once we looked at it. Hot tub was great.
Loved our stay here there was room for all 10 of us!

Wonderful layout for an extended family trip-space for the grandkids to play and adults to visit. Enjoyed the views of wildlife from the deck. It was great to soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking or bike riding. Would definitely go back to visit again.
Home has a great layout and worked well for our group.

Felt like a new house. Very comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you'd need. We will rent it again!

We do love that this home is in the quieter north end of Sunriver. The easy access to the north store was actually pretty convenient.

This house is nicely set up. The way it is spread out you are not right on top of each other. You can see the store from the house and the bike trail is right there. Quiet neighborhood, beds were so comfortable. Definitely want to stay here again.
The house is spacious and it accommodated our families with kids too. It has a nice deck for grilling and the home makes everyone feel apart of every conversation, but can also give you a little privacy by the way the home is separated in two main living areas. We had the quiet side and the side where people stayed up a little later. All in all the home is laid out well and I would definitely stay here again with my family!

The size and layout fit the needs of our family. Great deck space and two areas for watching movies or TV. Loved that there were three bedrooms with king size beds. Well-stocked kitchen for our family meals.

We loved staying here and were happy overall. I would definitely suggest a new couch in the main living area, bbq and linens that fit the beds a bit better to make the stay a little more comfortable for guests. We had a great trip though, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Good value, clean home, quiet neighborhood.

Loved the spacious divided areas. The back deck is big and wonderful but it would be nice to have some comfortable seating with chaise lounges or at least cushions for the rod iron seats.

This is a good home for the price its offered at. Having stayed many, many, many times in Sunriver I would say this is an average home that was well appointed and well kept. The little details like a very nice hot tub, good selection of games (foosball for example) and nice appointment warrant 4 stars. The kitchen was not laid out the best for a group of 10 (max sleeping in this home) but the bedroom and common areas were nice, with an additional "family room" located in the back. It is located on the far north end of Sunriver, but is close to the market there which was nice. I will say it had everything we needed, came with SHARC passes and was nicely furnished - it was great for our trip with lots of kids! The process to rent and access the home was very smooth. I would look to rent this home again!
