Arrival was simple and clear. House was clean and organized. We had a group of 9. 6 adults and 3 teens. The home was just right for our group overall. At times the kitchen was tight with more than two people cooking or cleaning. The decks were nice, especially the lower deck during the heat of the day, as there is no shade on the upper deck.
The bedrooms worked out well, but there are a lot of stairs, so anyone with physical limitations may struggle. One bedroom just has a single sink in the room which we found odd, yet convenient for washing up if the adjacent shared bathroom was occupied.
The air conditioning did not work well at all, but we got by with fans and keeping the drapes pulled during the heat of the day. The downstairs stayed cool, but upstairs did get very warm.
The best thing about the home is the location right next to the bridge. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from the top of the bridge. Amazing. Great place for family vacation! Location is next to river and bike trail and bridge to National Forest hiking trails! Our family had 10 members...plenty of room for game night, hot tubing, ping pong...perfect! Clean, comfortable, accommodating, bordering a bike path and the River! The only downside was air quality outdoors.
