Meadow House - Unit 70

Experience was excellent. Great place, great location and great amenities. We also rented another place right after staying at Meadow 70 and compared to that (managed by Sunriver Resorts), we realized that Village Properties were WAY better than the other! Little things like extra towels, blankets, laundry detergent, softer toilet paper (yes!) and better toileteries made for an even better first-time experience. Plus the kitchen was fully equiped including toasters and blenders! Bonus was a cabinet full of board games - that our family made use of for after-diner entertainment! Last, having a Roku TV in the bedroom also enabled us to catch-up on our binge watching while on vacation! (only suggestion is to also have Roku TV in the living room).

Overall, we found the house clean and felt safe staying during covid 2020. Thanks to the whole team for making this a wonderful trip for our family!

A cozy condo in a very peaceful part of Sunriver. The kitchen is small compared to the overall size of the condo, but it's well equipped and we had everything needed for our meals. The living room has a very large and cozy wood fireplace which we enjoyed. The condo overall is dated, but met our needs. The only true negative was the comfort of the beds. All the beds (king and 2 twins) would benefit from new mattresses. We stayed here for a 4 day ski trip so it wasn't a huge deal, but we did not get good sleep during our stay due to the beds.

We needed a place to stay to get out of the smoke. This was a day of reservation so we took what we could . . . And it turned out just perfect! Great location, roomy inside and just what we needed.

A cozy condo with great views. Compact kitchen yet comfortable living area. The mattress on the king bed was a bit worse for wear but other than that our 6 weeks there was pleasant. Three stars for the general condition for the bed. The management company was very responsive with our questions.

We had a wonderful time at the surprisingly spacious & comfortable condo. The location was perfect & we much appreciated the chance to bring our dogs. We’ll look to rent this condo again.

Wonderful, quiet surroundings. Condo is very well provisioned, modern and comfy. Since Google Maps is unreliable in Sunriver and couldn't find the address directions would have been helpful. Also, there are two lockboxes which was confusing. Rental costs are deceiving because with all the fees the overall cost is more than twice the $99/night advertised cost.

This condo proved to be the perfect space for our family's summer vacation. All the amenities of home are available in the home, including updated appliances and washer and dryer! The upper floor location was nice for looking out at the golf course, and the proximity to the Village is within walking distance. We enjoyed our time immensely!

Great location, very pleasant vacation spot for our family of 4 + small dog. The property was a bit basic but clean and comfortable. Having air conditioning and washer/dryer was a major plus!
