Breathe in the fresh mountain air and listen to the serene forest around you while sitting on the back deck of this lovely Sunriver home.

This charming single-level home will lovingly invite you inside as you pull into the driveway for your Sunriver stay. As you step into the front door, the light streaming in from the skylight above will envelop you. Look to your right to find a bright and cozy living area with a couch, chairs and gas log fireplace just waiting for your crew to hunker down and share stories of your day's adventures. This home sleeps up to 8 people, so it’s just right for one family or for two couples and a few kids. With 3 bathrooms, you won’t have to argue over who takes the longest shower. The master bedroom has a cozy queen bed, its own bathroom and a sliding door that heads to the back deck and an enclosed hot tub. There is a second bedroom with another queen bedroom and the third bedroom has a twin trundle bed, and hide a bed in the living room making space for more.

This home is situated on the north end of Sunriver where things feel a bit more peaceful. You’ll find yourself a bit further from the Village at Sunriver and all it has to offer, but you will not be disappointed with the activities that are nearby. If you find yourself needing to grab a few things at the store, you’ll find the north Sunriver grocery store just down the road.

After a long day of bike riding the miles of paved trails in Sunriver, swimming and exploring the forest around you, you’ll be happy to relax on the large back deck or sink into the private hot tub to unwind.

This home is near an active railroad. Trains rarely blow their whistle in Sunriver and average trips through Sunriver are 2-4 times per day.

Lovely, cozy home on the peaceful north side of Sunriver. We absolutely loved the hot tub in the snow and hearing the coyotes at night. The super clean home was perfect for a family and had a great kitchen for cooking. Village Properties was a wonderful host and extremely responsive to communications. We were planning another trip before we even left!

A great home with a nice floor plan. Only minor problem was the DVD player did not work. We would come back to this property next year. No fault of the property but the only downside to our stay at Sunriver was the impact from the fire smoke. The impact of climate change is everywhere these days. - Michael S. from Portland
