Enjoyed the setting, ambiance, culture, and view( rustic decor) During the whole virus scare it was nice to get away from all of it. Had a hiccup with hot tub turning off the jets. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths plenty of room. Will definitely come again. Thank you.

Super Cute and Cozy
We live in Bend and rented this home with friends for a weekend stay-cation. The space is super cute and cozy. We cooked homemade meals, sat in the hot tub, watched TV and napped all weekend. The living room was super comfortable. Something to note: the hot tub has a twist knob for heat with no digital temp gauge; I stuck my cold hand in the water when we arrived after dark and thought it needed to be hotter, so I cranked the dial to full hot and was in for an unpleasant shock when we got in later than night! We only lasted about 5 minutes, surfacing red as lobsters. The next day we could clearly see a sharpied arrow indicating where the dial should be set to. We all had a good laugh at my expense for that one. :D Lovely home and time overall. We hope to visit again.

GREAT DECK TO ENTERTAIN
Just had a quick weekend over in Sunriver to meet an old friend. Got to the place and as you step up on the deck, WOW. Patio set, deck bar and a lounging area. Started the morning off with a great cup of coffee and a soak in the hot tub, After that, I went fly fishing on Little Cultus for several hours. We came back and had a great afternoon on the deck just sitting on the deck enjoying the view. We grilled some oysters, followed by shish-ka-bobs on and chatted into the evening. The time spent on the deck was wonderful and ended the evening with another soak under the stars. A great place to entertain. We had a great time and plan to do it again later this summer or early fall.

Things I loved about the house -- The deck was great! Loved the sunken hot tub and the outdoor dining area. Village Properties was great to work with and responded quickly to things we needed. We loved the location of the home. It was close to the village and lodge. We really enjoyed going to play corn hole at the lodge and it was the first time we had the opportunity to see the balloons over Sunriver. The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed. We also liked the living room setup. Things that weren't great -- small kitchen and bathrooms. Dining room furniture needs updated. Didn't have a garage, but that was ok.

Got to the cabin and the deck was breath taking. Huge, absolutely huge with a great patio set, hot tub and room to spread out. Walking in the cabin and it was sparklingly clean. The living room, dining and kitchen all open and accessible with plenty of room for our needs. The bedrooms and living area had the cabin feel that we were looking for. With quick access to the bike paths we rode to the village, did some shopping and relaxed that evening in the hot tub. They even has a horse shoe pit and we played a few games. Will plan on coming back this winter because the place is set up just right for a few couples to relax after cross country skiing. On the down side, the kitchen is a little tight but workable for our needs.

This is a great little house, very cozy. It's close enough to downtown and to the the Meadows golf course and to the river, on a quiet cul-de-sac.

What a beautiful cabin in the woods! So comfortable and well decorated. Easy access yet private. The deck was very nice with lots of outside seating with hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

Date -- Aug 3-11, 2018. Pros - walking distance to village, resort and river, nice private deck with plenty of seating, nice hot tub, horseshoe pit was a bonus, everything worked just fine and seemed in good repair, 9/10 on a cleanliness scale, beds and bedding were good, good showers with hot water. Cons -- not a lot of space in indoor common areas (more than 5 in living room gets very tight), no garage space so all sporting equipment needs to be locked down or brought in at night unless you want to risk theft, there were a few ants mostly on deck but a couple in kitchen when we arrived (VP took care of next morning after a call). Conclusion -- we would stay again with fewer people -- 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog felt pretty tight. VP has always been good to us as a property management team -- no issues with them again, easy to work with and responsive to problems even on weekends. RT
