Pinecone - Unit 9

For the better part of the past 35 years, my wife came to Sunriver for a vacation. We have always loved it and Village Properties has served our rental needs quite admirably. Sadly, my wife passed away in early 2020 and my last two trips have not been as much fun as usual. I will keep going back and remembering the fun we had and crying many years due to my loss. Maybe one day the tears will be tears due to happy memories, instead of tears of sadness.

Overall, everything was great. The property management company was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The home was even nicer than I expected. The kitchen and bathroom looked like they’d been recently updated. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly want for a getaway. The beds were comfortable and surprisingly, the pillows were even great. There were a couple of small glitches but nothing worth even mentioning. If you’ve got a larger group of people and looking for an intimate place to get away and spend time together this place is perfect. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to other travelers.

This home worked out great for our group of 10 ladies. Well appointed - there wasn't anything we needed to ask for. Great location for us to walk to the Village mall or take a walk out by the Little Deschutes.

This was my first time in sun river and I Absolutely loved this rental and location . It was spacious and had everything we needed and accommodated our family . The only thing I’d complain about is one of the bottom bunks was held up by a cinder block which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on . Other than that , we had a great weekend and great experience

Plenty of room for the whole family. Well stocked kitchen. Mattresses could use an update, especially the bunk beds, but otherwise we were all comfy. We accidently left an item behind and Village Properties went above and beyond to find it for us!

The house is very nice and comfortable. Not to far from the center of town. Plenty of towels and kitchen was well stocked. Had to call for more TP and they brought it right away. Also the TV in the livingroom was not working and they came within the hour. The Cable box stopped working and when I called I had to call the cable company to fix it. They could not come out while we were there so just left it.

Great location, not much traffic on that part of Meadows Road. Easy access to bike trails, golf course, the lodge, and the village. House cools off very quickly with the number of fans located in each room.

This home is spacious and accommodating. The kitchen was well appointed. The view of the golf course from the pool table room provided some enjoyment as well.

Loved the neighborhood and location of this home! It was clean everywhere except the dishwasher...ugh...(slight buildup in bottom). Know that we are extra picky about cleanliness, especially during Covid!
Lots of towels provided,which you do not find on a lot of rentals. Overall a great experience...wish we could have stayed longer!
