Enjoyed a final summer getaway with my family. House was perfect for 3 adults + 2 kids. This was the best house we have stayed in the last 4 years of coming to Sunriver! We loved the single level layout, the private backyard and view of golf course (however, I wouldn't say it's visible from jacuzzi bathtub, as listed). House was very clean, kitchen well equipped, except would have been nice to have a bit more than just salt & pepper (cooking oil, at least). It is located further away from The Village, but is quite a bit quieter in this area and we discovered a new bike path route to the river, which was perfect and scenic, riding through Woodlands Golf Course (just under 5 miles round trip). Still a short drive to The Village, SHARC and Fort Rock Park. The listing says A/C, but the house does not have it. Luckily it wasn't unbearable when we were there, but I imagine the house would get warm with the big windows when it is hotter. I called the office when we got to Sisters and house was ready early, so that was great! Also, they promptly handled a maintenance issue...broken garbage disposal switch was fixed within a couple hours of calling the office (just wish they had worn a mask inside).
We will be booking this house again for next summer & maybe even a winter getaway!

This is the second (COVID) year we have rented this home! Family members drive from Portland and LA to meet up. The house is large, clean, well equipped, and perfect for our needs. We appreciate the well stocked kitchen and communal living space. The center table is great for playing games & cards. The fireplace makes the evening cozy. Also enjoy seeing the deer moving through — it’s a lovely and peaceful escape. Love it!

The house was wonderful. Everything was clean and well-appointed. The house layout was perfect and can't wait to come back. Will definitely want to stay here if we can. With Covid, we stayed in and cooked and the kitchen setup was perfect.

This home was exactly as pictured on the web site. It is clean, modern, well-located, and spacious for our three generation family. There were a variety of spices, extra supplies in the kitchen, and the open floor plan was perfect as it connected the living, dining and kitchen areas together. The master bedroom was huge, although the other two bedrooms were fairly small, but comfortable. Being one level was also a plus. The only drawback is that the website description included a hot tub, and there isn’t one. Yes, there were SHARC passes, but we are avid skiiers and want to come home and enjoy the hot tub experience on site. it is a fairly high priority for us. We come to Sunriver every December, and would enjoy renting this home again, but probably won’t because of that. I would recommend removing the reference to a hot tub on site.

We had a lovely stay at this home. It was plenty spacious for our family of 5 and our kids loved the huge tub in the master bathroom. The deck and grass area outside were great, and we enjoyed watching the golfers go by. We also enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage and the bikes. The house is not super close to the Village, SHARC, etc., but you can easily drive or ride bikes. We would definitely recommend this property!
