From this spacious two-story home, it’s just a quick walk to the Deschutes River, making 5 Towhee the perfect setting for your family vacation. The roomy and bright kitchen opens onto both dining and living rooms. The large living room has a comfortable sitting area in front of the lava-rock fireplace with windows all around - a nice spot for curling up at the end of a long day of fun. On the other side of the main room is the dining room, which opens onto a family area surrounding the entertainment center so that the whole family can get together and watch a movie or have a little friendly competition over a board game. With three bedrooms and a large loft there is room for everyone. Downstairs you’ll find a cozy bedroom with two twins and a spacious queen bedroom. The second queen sleeping area is upstairs in an open, airy loft that overlooks the living room. Also upstairs, the king bedroom and loft area share a bath which features 2 skylights over the jacuzzi tub - a perfect place to unwind after a long day of playing hard in the beautiful Central Oregon outdoors!

Planned our trip at the last minute and this was available. House is a great place for 6-8 folks and has basic accommodations. 3 bedrooms and bed in the loft (open to family room and get noise from downstairs). Great room was nice to sit and visit and house is somewhat isolated from neighbors. 2 bathrooms. No hot tube which is typically what we look for. We enjoyed this spacious home very much. It's the perfect home for entertaining and could easily accommodate 2 families. This was our third stay in Sunriver using Village Properties and they never disappoint. The homes are well furnished, clean, and comfortable. This was our second stay at this very comfortable house. The kitchen is well equipped - clearly a cooks kitchen. The furniture, beds and bedding were all very comfortable. The loft served as a comfortable fourth bedroom. The house was very clean with one minor issue which we reported to the property manager. We enjoyed the bikes and helmets provided, proximity to bike paths along the river, and had a fun hike in the nearby national forrest. The deck and deck furniture were also great. Regarding the carpet, yes, this home has had its carpet cleaned since your last stay. All of our homes carpets are deep cleaned by a professional carpet cleaner at least once per year. The carpet in pet-friendly homes are cleaned more often due to pet accidents and general wear and tear. Towhee Lane 5 is pet-friendly and will allow up to 3 dogs.
