Great time with family and friends
It wasn't as close the the Village as we usually stay (this is our 18th year to Sun River. Different house each year). However this one was a little more secluded and better for the grandchildren when riding bikes and taking walks. All in all it was great. No complaints.
---------- MANAGER RESPONSE: We're glad you enjoyed the location! It's nice to be so close to the Deschutes River! Thanks so much for staying with us, we hope to see you soon! -Village Properties Team

The location of the house and the layout of the house was perfect. And the fact that it had air conditioning was a real bonus! We enjoyed our stay and would like to rent the house again.
Well equipped and supplied - Everything we wanted including the SNOW!

We had a wonderful visit. The home is bright and warm, with lots of sunlight.
Nice house. Quiet location, clean and comfortable. Open floor plan that was great for having people over for dinner. Well equipped kitchen. Nice outside decks. Comfortable beds. Great to have bicycles and nice to be near the river.

loved this house!
Great time in Sunriver!
This home was very clean upon arrival; the kitchen was very well appointed with working appliances, plenty of space. comfortable seating arrangements in the living area, with current magazines on Sunriver, and the surrounding central Oregon area attractions. The house came with 8 free passes to the local kids attraction SHARC water park, and 4 bikes provided allowed us to use the many miles of bike paths; Multiple decks and close proximity to the main road allowed easy access to connecting traffic circles. Loved this property!

great getaway for us and our granddaughter who was in virtual learning.one downer was the barbeque hadn't been completely cleaned for a while.(burnt food )
House was nice. It worked perfect to have twin bed and a queen bed in one of the rooms. Some of the kitchen pans could use replacing but overall it had everything we needed.

This unit was perfect! Our college kids had rooms downstairs and our room was upstairs. They stayed up late in the hot tub and we could sleep in peace. This layout would be great for families of littles. Or two families. The upstairs had lots of sitting, games movies and books. Something for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with items for cooking. I loved all the views from the windows. Very cheerful and bright. Right up the street was a short walk to the river. Highly recommend.
The accommodations of bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living room are beyond our expectations. The cook top and oven were great, operated well. We are joyful, happy, and comfortable. We are thankful for your wonderful home. May the Lord continue to bless you and your family now and forever.

needed more towels---only one set of towels per person for a 4 night stay. needed lotion and more small amenities---needed basics in the kitchen including wine glasses etc---temperature was a big problem---too warm upstairs and freezing downstairs ---need a separate thermometer---took the management a long time to respond to a question---so many windy streets and traffic circles!!!

Good. Temp control was an issue. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Guests should be asked not to wear shoes on carpet.
We found #15 Warbler Lane to be very nice for our family reunion. We especially enjoyed the hot tub that was always ready for use. The design of the large living room, dining room and kitchen area made it easy to hang out together. We appreciated the bicycles in the garage. There was even a small one with training wheels for the 3 1/2 year old twins. We didn't realize that Sun River was so huge with so many amenities, and we found an inexpensive executive 9 hole golf course in Bend called the Back Nine. Nice trip!

We were in Bend to ski and this was a great base. Excellent and well equipped kitchen, spacious LR - all light and bright. Master bedroom spacious with en suite bath and walk in closet. 5 minute walk to river was a plus.
A wonderful place to relax with adventure
An overall very enjoyable experience. We really enjoyed walking on the trails and the close proximity to the river.

Great house for a 4 night break with family and the dog
Nice, quiet location
Really loved this house for two families, plus one pet. The downstairs bedroom with bunks and bed was really nice for the kids. It was a great house and a very nice location, very well stocked. We would definitely rent it again.

We have stayed at Warbler 15 several times and have always enjoyed our stay. We like the new hot tub. It is alway clean and some food items for cooking. We have stayed here when the living room furniture was white but now the "new" brown furniture is very uncomfortable. The cushions go flat when you sit down and it is hard to get up. The kithen needs a 8-9 inch fry pan. There is only a very small or very large fry pans. There are no enough bikes anymore and the men's bike needs to be replaced. Four bikes are not enough when you have beds for 8. These are minor and we will continue to rent this house. Another plus is air conditioning.
Clean, comfortable, and convenient... we would rent it again!
Service was great...my grandson left his controllers to his video game at the rental home. After notifying the office, they promptly sent it to us. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient. We were not expecting to have bikes, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a bike for the four adults and a smaller one for my granddaughter.I am not sure if they were borrowed from another rental property. The house was comfortable. We liked the fact that the children's bedroom was down stairs so the adults could watch T.V., play games and visit without worrying about waking up the children. I would rent the same home again

15 Warbler was a lovely experience. Many of the homes in SR are a bit dated - lots of beige and oak - and this one was no exception. However, it was very clean. The mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked rental kitchen I've ever been in. It had absolutely everything, including an assortment of spices. Everyone I dealt with at Village Properties was extremely polite and helpful. I could not have been happier with the service we got from them. This property is very close to the Deschutes River and a main paved walking trail. It was all lovely and I don't hesitate to recommend it.
First time customer
15 Warbler Lane in Sunriver was my first Airbnb reservation, and it surpassed all of my expectations--comfortable, clean, and Village Properties were gracious, responsive hosts.

We loved our stay. The home had everything we needed, and more. We enjoyed it so much we returned to the same location two and a half weeks later for another stay. Some of the furniture was aging.
Although dated, this home was immaculate and well-maintained. Of great importance to me, the a/c worked fabulously!

We can’t travel internationally this year so decided to vacation locally in Sunriver. Although we have been to Sunriver many times over the years we always enjoy coming back. Lots of recreational activities including cycling, walking, running and kayaking. Renting a house allows you to social distance while local restaurants have curbside pick-up. Very enjoyable, relaxing vacation.
