Quiet, clean with a nice hot tub. It lacked some basic kitchen essentials like a can opener. Hot tub was great, master bed not so much. Well laid out for family with kids, Lots of seating, couch was quite worn and uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful visit. The home is bright and warm, with lots of sunlight.

We have stayed at Warbler 15 several times and have always enjoyed our stay. We like the new hot tub. It is alway clean and some food items for cooking. We have stayed here when the living room furniture was white but now the "new" brown furniture is very uncomfortable. The cushions go flat when you sit down and it is hard to get up. The kithen needs a 8-9 inch fry pan. There is only a very small or very large fry pans. There are no enough bikes anymore and the men's bike needs to be replaced. Four bikes are not enough when you have beds for 8. These are minor and we will continue to rent this house. Another plus is air conditioning.

The location of the house and the layout of the house was perfect. And the fact that it had air conditioning was a real bonus! We enjoyed our stay and would like to rent the house again.

place was nice---loved the hot tub and its location.
needed more towels---only one set of towels per person for a 4 night stay. needed lotion and more small amenities---needed basics in the kitchen including wine glasses etc---temperature was a big problem---too warm upstairs and freezing downstairs ---need a separate thermometer---took the management a long time to respond to a question---so many windy streets and traffic circles!!!

This unit was perfect! Our college kids had rooms downstairs and our room was upstairs. They stayed up late in the hot tub and we could sleep in peace. This layout would be great for families of littles. Or two families. The upstairs had lots of sitting, games movies and books. Something for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with items for cooking. I loved all the views from the windows. Very cheerful and bright. Right up the street was a short walk to the river. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. The home had everything we needed, and more. We enjoyed it so much we returned to the same location two and a half weeks later for another stay. Some of the furniture was aging.

We were in Bend to ski and this was a great base. Excellent and well equipped kitchen, spacious LR - all light and bright. Master bedroom spacious with en suite bath and walk in closet. 5 minute walk to river was a plus.

We can’t travel internationally this year so decided to vacation locally in Sunriver. Although we have been to Sunriver many times over the years we always enjoy coming back. Lots of recreational activities including cycling, walking, running and kayaking. Renting a house allows you to social distance while local restaurants have curbside pick-up. Very enjoyable, relaxing vacation.

Good. Temp control was an issue. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Guests should be asked not to wear shoes on carpet.

15 Warbler was a lovely experience. Many of the homes in SR are a bit dated - lots of beige and oak - and this one was no exception. However, it was very clean. The mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked rental kitchen I've ever been in. It had absolutely everything, including an assortment of spices. Everyone I dealt with at Village Properties was extremely polite and helpful. I could not have been happier with the service we got from them. This property is very close to the Deschutes River and a main paved walking trail. It was all lovely and I don't hesitate to recommend it.
