This home is a nice getaway and has a great quiet location with walking and biking paths close by. Beds were comfortable and they provide quality linens and towels. The check in process was convenient and staff friendly, but the check out time was earlier than expected… 10:30am. The house was generally clean, but the screen doors were busted out, and there was some wear and tear on the home that could be improved. It definitely feels a little dated and “lived in”. The hot tub was the highlight of this home – large and newer – but the hot tub service scared the life out of us as we had no warning they were coming in the back yard. – Anonymous from Happy Valley
Hello Jennifer – I am happy to know that you enjoyed your vacation. I have placed a service ticket to get the screens fixed. Sorry that you couldn’t use the fresh air without the fly’s! We have also set up an appointment with the owner to address the inside of the unit. Along with the Hot Tub company, I had a conversation with their front desk team and they should not be going to the house to service the tub, unless the unit is vacant. I am so sorry that you were disturbed. I hope that we are able to see you again in Sunriver for your next vacation! Tracy. – Village Properties at Sunriver staff
