Village Properties at Sunriver is your professional short and long term rental home, house, and condo experts in Sunriver, Oregon. During your stay, let us know how we can help you. It is good to know the terms of your rental home stay, so here are some details.

 

Rental Terms & Conditions: In the event of program changes or circumstances beyond our control, Village Properties at Sunriver reserves the right to cancel or reassign homes. Home prices, availability and specific accommodations are subject to change. If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible.

Check In: Check in time begins at 4:30 PM. Should your home be ready before that time, we will gladly allow you an earlier check in. Properties are not guaranteed to be ready at 4:30 PM.

Check Out: Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unauthorized use of a property after 11:00 AM may result in a charge of $75.00 per hour.

Minimum Night Requirements: Depending on the time of year, rental homes and condominiums may adhere to a minimum night stay requirement. This is subject to change and minimum stays may be shortened or lengthened. Some individual homes and condominiums may require minimum night stays different to those posted. Homes and condominiums reserved online for less than the minimum number of nights may be cancelled or moved. If you wish to rent for less than the minimum number of nights required, please telephone our office (1-800-786-7483) and a Vacation Planner will assist you in locating a property that may accommodate a shorter stay. For guests requesting 30 nights or longer, please call our office and a Vacation Planner will be happy to assist you.

Rental Payment: If booking more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a deposit of ½ of your total fee will be charged. Sixty days before your arrival, the remaining balance will be collected. If booking within 60 days of arrival, the total fee will be charged at the time your reservation is made. Payments may be made by personal check or credit card. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations prior to 60 days of your arrival date, a $25 cancellation fee will be imposed. For cancellations within 60 days of your arrival date, forfeiture of the entire rental fee is imposed. Please call 1-800-SUNRIVER (1-800-786-7483) for further information on cancellations and reservation changes.

Accident Forgiveness Fee: Included in each reservation is a non-refundable “Accident Forgiveness Fee” in the amount of $40.00. This protects you for up to $250.00 of accidental damage. Damages above this amount or any malicious damage, pet damage or damages as a result of intoxication etc. will be charged to the credit card on file. Loss of keys, towels or linens or excessive cleaning fees will be charged to your credit card after departure.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guest per property is established per Deschutes County codes 5.12.020 & 5.12.060©. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payment or rent additional accommodations. The regulations state there may be two people per bedroom plus two additional people per household. Children 5 years old or younger do not count towards your occupancy number.

Housekeeping Fee: All properties have a non-refundable housekeeping fee.

Non-smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all homes.

Renter Age Restrictions: The guest of record must be 25 years of age or older. No reservations will be made for vacationing students or singles under the age of 25. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposit and the guest will not be permitted to check-in.

Pets: Pets are welcome in many of our vacation homes in Sunriver, with prior approval. Pets must be at least 1 year old. The presence of a pet in a home without approval may result in the forfeiture of deposits and eviction from the home. Other restrictions may apply. A one time fee of $40.00 + tax per pet will be charged to the reservation. Any damage caused by a pet will charged to the guest’s credit card.

Maintenance & Repairs: Amenities & appliances, such as hot tubs, washer/dryers, TVs/DVD players etc, are subject to down time for repair or maintenance.

Taxes: A county/state room tax and recreation fee of 19% is collected on the total rent (including non optimal fees, such as housekeeping, accident insurance, etc.) for each reservation. 

By entering your information for the rental of a vacation home through Village Properties at Sunriver, you are creating a binding agreement to rent the designated accommodations and are subject to the “Terms and Conditions” of this agreement. Any exceptions to the Rental Terms and Conditions must be approved in advance in writing by Village Properties at Sunriver management. By giving your credit card number you agree to the above stated policies. You also agree that you are the legal cardholder authorized to use this credit card number.

Driving directions from Bend to Village Properties at Sunriver

1)  Travel south on Hwy 97 for approximately 15 miles

2)  Take the Sunriver Exit # 153 and head west on South Century Drive for approximately 2 miles

3)  At the 1st round-a-bout, take your second right and continue on South Century Drive

4)  Take a left at the stop light (Sunriver Business Park) and then an immediate right

5)  We are located on the left in the Cascade Building across from the storage units   at 56835 Venture Lane, Suite 109

 

Driving directions from La Pine to Village Properties at Sunriver

1)  Travel north on Hwy 97 for approximately 14 miles

2)  Take Sunriver Exit #153, turn left at stop sign and continue on South Century Drive for

approximately 2 miles

3)  At the 1st round-a-bout, take your second right and continue on South Century Drive

4)  Take a left at the stop light (Sunriver Business Park) and then an immediate right

5)  We are located on the left in the Cascade Building across from the storage units

at 56835 Venture Lane, Suite 109

 

OTHER HELPFUL TIPS

Location: Village Properties at Sunriver is located in the Sunriver Business Park at 56835 Venture Lane, Suite 109, in the Cascade Building.

RVs, Boats, Trailers: Sunriver Home Owners Association does not permit these type of vehicles to be parked at home sites except for unloading or loading and for no longer than 48 hours. There is additional parking available for a nightly fee. Please contact the Sunriver Owners Association at 541-593-2411 for more information.

Lost or Forgotten Items: Lost and found items can be reported and picked up at our office. Village Properties at Sunriver is not responsible for any items that are lost or forgotten, but we will do everything we can to help return them safely to you. There will be a service and shipping fee for the return of lost or forgotten items.

Swimming Pools: Some homes include passes for free access to swimming and the tubing hill at the SHARC facility, as well as limited use of certain tennis/pickleball courts. We recommend you bring beach towels from home as none are available at the pools. For a schedule of pool hours and operating times please call SHARC at 541-585-1000.

Cash and Credit Card Information: We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. Due to the limited amount of cash kept at the office, Village Properties at Sunriver is unable to provide check-cashing services. There is an ATM machine in the Village Mall.

Mail, UPS, & FedEx: Mail, messages and packages received at Village Properties at Sunriver may be collected by stopping in at the Front Desk.
