36 Yellow Pine is a great rental with so much to offer. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, plus bonus room has it all. Step in the the home and your welcomed with the main living room, kitchen and dining room, rustic features and comfortable furniture. This, 2600 sq. ft home also includes air conditioning! The main living room is great for movie nights and relaxing by the fireplace. The living room has a slider door that opens up to the large deck for BBQ's and outside seating. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals plus bar seating and dining room space for the whole family. In the primary bedroom downstairs there is a king size bed, the second bedroom downstairs has two bunk beds, sleeping up to 4, all twins. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. Head upstairs and there is another king bedroom. Additionally upstairs is the family room with a queen sofa sleeper and desk. The garage features many bikes for you to hit the 35+ miles of paved bike trails in the Sunriver Community. We guarantee 2 working bikes at time of check in. Bikes are serviced every June for the summer season by Village Bike and Ski. Additionally, head outside and enjoy the patio space, and private hot tub or star gaze in the national dark sky in Sunriver. This home is great for larger groups, family reunions and also pet friendly. The home includes 12 Sharc passes. Come stay at 36 Yellow pine and enjoy the true Sunriver experience.

HAD GREAT TIME PLACE WAS GOOD LOTS SPACE! HAD LOTS FUN STUFF FOR THE FAMILY BIKES,SHARC PASSES WAS AWESOME! ONLY DOWN SIDE OVEN DID NOT WORK REALLY NEEDED ON THIS TRIP. LITTLE TLC AND THIS PLACE WOULD BE PERFECT!
