This attractive Sunriver Vacation home boasts a fantastic location and many alluring features, making it a wonderful place to call home during your visit. Situated a short distance from Aquatics recreation facility. From here, it is easy to bike on over to Fort Rock Park for a picnic or to let the kids run around and play at the playground. This setting offers convenient access to all the excitement of the Sunriver area, while providing a quiet retreat with plenty of outdoor space for entertaining. For guests visiting us with an EV, there is a Level 2 Charging Station in the garage.

This classic 3-bedroom home has lots of updates. There is a very romantic master bedroom and bath, both upstairs and downstairs. The master bathroom upstairs has a large jacuzzi tub with a shower, two sinks, lots of space, and a very large master closet. This 3.5 bath home gives plenty of room for the whole family and lots of privacy.

The split-level home takes you upstairs to a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a gas cooktop and tile countertops. Just off the kitchen is a dining table that comfortably seats 6 and additional seating at the bar for 2. The living room, off the kitchen has hand scraped hickory hardwood floors that run throughout the upper level. Step out to the upper deck for family grilling, and a nice sized family table, making eating outdoors a fresh air experience that only Central Oregon has to offer.

Send the kids to the downstairs family room to watch TV, while the rest of the group enjoys a glass of wine out on the upper deck. The downstairs offers a separate family/gaming room with a sink and mini refrigerator for convenience. After a long day of Sunriver activities, walk right out the door to the hot tub area for a relaxing experience. The lower level has a great kid’s room with a log style twin bunk bed over the top of a queen bed, and another bathroom for privacy. Exit the very large two-car garage with an additional refrigerator and Ping-Pong table. The large front area has plenty of parking for everyone.

From the downstairs level, you can access a large utility room, with washer and dryer and utility sink for your convenience. Best of all, this home is pet friendly. There is lots of space for the family pet, and a large front area for running. This home truly has it all.

There were many wonderful things about our stay at 30 Vine Maple Lane. The location for access for our friends and family who joined us was excellent. We were able walk or ride bikes to the river easily, and drive to the village and the little church we attended both Sundays, with no problems. We had two groups of family and friends join us, each for a few days. We built memories of great food, wonderful conversation, chatting around the fire on the cooler days, a presidential debate on TV, a Washington Apple Cup football game, and many walks and bike rides on the beautiful trails. Our Labrador retriever, Buddy, who was born during Covid, learned to really swim in the Descutes on this trip. The kitchen was well supplied and appointed except there were not enough matching wine glasses when all 6 of us had wine. (I bought some nice matching glassware at the Sunriver lodge which we used while we were there and took home when we left.) When we wanted to set a nice table it was a little annoying to not have enough matching dishes to set a table for 6. And the dishwasher was situated such that you could not reach the cupboard to put the cups, glasses, and plasticware away from the dishwasher. However, these kitchen issues were really pretty minor in the big scheme of things. There were a couple of larger problems with our stay and the home that were handled excellently by your company: 1) The fire evacuation status #1 and #2 was handled very well. We were informed of how to be ready, how to be safe, and what to expect when the status changed. 2) The bee hive on the roof corner above the deck stopped us from using the deck to eat outside. Two people from your company and one person from the pest control company came to successfully deal with the problem. 3) The water pipes in the wall of the master suite downstairs made a thumping noise all night causing the one couple to lose a night’s sleep. We were able to trouble shoot that problem ourselves by just letting the faucet outside drip slightly to relieve the pressure. That worked like a charm. All in all, our stay at Sunriver’s 30 Vine Maple Lane was stellar. We would rate it 5 stars. Thank you so much.

Absolutely perfect place for our spring vacation getaway! House was exactly what the pics showed, super clean, well appointed kitchen and the beds were super comfy! There was even a pup welcome baggie with a dog treat, tennis ball, roll of poop bags and a water dish...all complimentary! So nice! Great house and we liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Fireplace wouldn’t work but they sent a technician right away and he fixed it. Checking out by 10:30 is too early! It was hard to get everyone out the door. We had to eat out for breakfast because we wouldn’t have had time to fix it and clean up and still have time to pack up and leave by 10:30.

We love this house We try to say here everytime we come to Sunriver. The house had a hard time keeping to temp since the weather was so cold, so that sucked. We had to bundle up inside the house. Other than that the house is wonderful. It has everything and is always very clean!! Thank you! Oh on thing the kitchen has a creek in the floor to the right of the oven. It’s very annoying for the person sleeping in the master downstairs :/

Property at 30 Vine Maple was wonderful. It was very clean and well maintained. We really appreciated how well stoked the kitchen was. There were common spices and seasonings. There was a roll of foil and plastic wrap and several plastic storage containers- I haven't seen those provided at multiple other houses I have stayed at. We have used Village Properties in the past and will definitely use them again as they were helpful and responsive. We arrived on the hottest day of the year and the air conditioners wasn't working. this was a Sunday, but the maintenance person was there in 30 mintues and fixed the problem. We were impressed. Thank you to all of you at Village Properties for a wonderful family vacation.

We've been to Sunriver often and this is one of the nicest homes we have rented for our family of four and our little dog. Spacious layout with privacy for all in a quiet neighborhood. Note to management: The refrigerator doors are difficult to keep shut (you really have to push them hard) and the exhaust fan on the Jenn Air stove did not work resulting in the fire alarm going off several times. We had a great time visiting Sunriver and staying in your home. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we appreciated the games that came with the house, including ping pong. We loved the house! It was in a nice location and had a lot of amenities.Beautiful floor plan! We had a slight problem with not having a strong enough internet signal to handle two devices, which was an issue when they were trying to work virtually. We would have rebooked for next year, but it sounds as if it would be twice the cost as what we paid. (We also had heard that it was going to be taken off the rental market.) - Sue A. from Portland

The home is well stocked with games, DVDS, televisions and lovely books on Western Art. The location was perfect for grandkids sledding In the snow on the golf course.The home is very clean and well maintained. We would happily stay here again. - Joan S. from Roseburg
