Great spot! It may be easier to just book directly from Village Properties since all the communication came through their business. Sadly, the dryer was out of service (unplugged with a sign) which was not disclosed. Other than that, a beautiful spot to stay in Sunriver!

So to begin, check in was stated as 4pm and the home wouldn’t open until 4:30pm. Looking back at everything, the email from management said 4:30 check in and their Airbnb listing said 4pm so that was confusing but no big deal. We were all underwhelmed by the property itself. While the location is absolutely fantastic, especially for large groups with multiple homes rented like us, the home is in need of many minor repairs/updates. The king size bed frame in the primary bedroom is lopsided (broken?), the blinds didn’t work and there was a note stating management was notified but not sure how long they were like that, the dryer stopped working and then started again thankfully, the door doesn’t lock between the primary bathroom and the primary bedroom, etc. The linens, pillows and rugs seem old and needing replaced. The home was definitely cleaned prior to our arrival and we have no complaints there! We would stay here again if they made some updates and fixes!

We love staying here! It’s right on a bike path which is convenient and we love the hot tub! The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook! The furniture is well-maintained and it’s not full of clutter which is a huge plus. Great place to stay!

First time staying in Sun River, great cabin and location close to the SHARC center + passes. Wonderful to take daily advantage of the hot tub with sunset view through the trees after each day of skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Nice open floorplan and setup connecting kitchen with living and dining spaces. Owners very responsive to feedback and agreed to adjust a couple small things going forward to make it even better!

Great location, comfy beds, Clean, Great kitchen (well stocked), so very nice stay at Sunriver. Hot Tub leaked (must have before we arrived and not fixed all week - so we did not get to use. (that was a feature we liked so much when we were planing trip). No instructions for TV or appliances, Shade in dining room for large window (half your view) was broken when we arrived and down and shade in upstairs bedroom was down and broken also.

Absolutely wonderful home with everything you could possibly need! The location was ideal and walking distance to the SHARC and a short dirve to the village. One of the best stocked kitchens we've ever had. The home was so comfortable and clean. We would LOVE to come back!! Thank you so much Mark and Kate, our vacation was wonderful thanks to you!
