Centrally located in Sunriver with easy access to 35+ miles of paved bike paths and walking trails. 5 Aquila Lodge is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath cabin, with everything you need for vacationing in Sunriver! Sleeps up to 10 comfortably.

A deluxe kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals, including stainless steel appliances, a large island with breakfast bar, and a large dining room table for gathering. High vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in the natural light and provide a tranquil atmosphere.

The primary bedroom is located downstairs and includes a California king bed, a gas fireplace, ensuite master bathroom with double vanity.
Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. One has a California king bed with a twin trundle bed, sleeping up to 4. The other bedroom has a California king bed and sofa pull out. Additionally, upstairs you will have a full bathroom with double vanity. Need extra room for sleeping for the kids? The loft has an extra sofa pull out.

Great private location and safe for kids to ride bikes around! It was not clean. Beds made and that was it. Dirty socks left out, trash all over, thick layer of dust on all surfaces, no toilet paper on roll, no kitchen soap. Food tasted gross when cooking with dishes and pots that apparently hadn’t been cleaned. Black hairs left all over. Stained carpet throughout house, and the fridge door is broken so don’t expect cold food.

Wonderful stay! The best managed property we’ve stayed at in Sunriver. The house was huge, very clean, stocked with everything we needed. We brought our dog, and there’s always a concern that a pet-friendly place will be kind of dumpy. Not the case here at all! And they had spare leashes to use, dog bowls, a crate, designated towels, etc. Access to a wonderful walking trail right from the property. This place was absolutely perfect for our family of five and dog, here to ski for a week at Bachelor. Opening and closing the hot tub cover was difficult and required two people. I think something needs to be adjusted there. The hot tub itself was sparkling clean and wonderful.

The house was very clean and very beautiful inside! The pictures and description matched what we got (I would even say in person exceeded) It was a close bike ride to the stables which is my favorite part of sunriver! We didn’t get to check in on time (which was already a pretty late check in time of 4:30) I was told when I questioned that that the homes aren’t guaranteed at designated check in time. This was a minor inconvenience. The WiFi wasn’t working however I didn’t contact the property because I had already felt a bit dismissed about mentioning not being okay with checking in late. It worked out fine. No central AC, unit in the living rooms but we stayed in 80 degree highs for weather and the bedrooms were unbearably hot!

We had a fabulous time and this location worked well with where our family was staying within Sunriver. Easy/quick bike ride to SHARC, Village, and nearby condos (where family was). Easy trail access right near property and being on a dead end street was perfect for our little guys. A couple 'heads up' items for future renters: a bit confusing to get two sets of instructions from Airbnb and the property management company in terms of check-in/check out but we managed; lots of trouble with the bbq on night one but it started working the next day; there were not enough dish towels; unlike many other rentals there wasn't much in the way of plastic baggies to deal with left over food; the garbage/recycling bins were already full by the time we arrived; 2 of the adult bikes were 'serviceable' but one of the two didn't have any brakes; 1 portable ac unit downstairs didn't do much to combat heat; box fans kept us sane but not cool in the warm weather; no ice machine in freezer (be prepared)

This place is BIG and the bedding is nice. House is one of the better built places in sunriver. It’s ‘medium’ in terms of getting to interesting places. That said: 1. Carpet is silly dirty. Even for being a pet friendly place 2. Toilet downstairs backs up. 3. Bathtub upstairs backs up. 4. Unit right next to recycling area. No deck view. 5. They only reimburse for $240 worth of SHARC. For a party of 6 this is ONE DAY. Wording is very misleading in the ad. 6. Upstairs is hot. This isn’t an AC unit, this is a hot unit with a portable AC unit stuck in a downstairs window. Again, misleading. 7. Bikes all in disrepair. Would not rent again. Not for the price.

Great location on a cul-de-sac for our family. We got well over a foot of snow during our stay and the team came to snow plow the driveway and plow the roads regularly. Host allowed a late checkout to accommodate work and avoid an icy drive home. Home is spacious and beds are comfortable.

Amazing pet friendly cabin, thoughtfully appointed and in a walkable location (~15-20 mins to the village + close to many trails). We loved staying at the cabin, it was clean and cozy with everything you need for you and your pet. Easy check-in/check-out process. Only downside was that it's attached to another cabin and shares a fence with Sunriver's recycling facility (not as private as other homes we stayed at in the past) but it wasn't noisy, we only saw a few people working across the fence every now and then.

This was our first time at Sunriver. We usually try to take a family trip each year mostly we go to the coast. A friend had mentioned Sunriver. We had specifically searched for a dog friendly place. We read many reviews that were positive and negative for many places. We chose to stay at Aquila #5. This home exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely amazing. It was so spacious and fit perfectly for our family and two dogs. It was stocked well with everything we could think of which made our stay even better. The hot tub and foosball table a plus. We felt so comfortable and cozy, our dogs too. It was also short drive to the Village and the SHARC. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning.

Overall this was a great home for our family and fur babies. I especially loved the extra pet friendly touches- like the water bowls and treat bags for the dogs, having extra collars and leashes and water bowls. House was very roomy for our family and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast!

Nice, spacious home. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of room!! Unfortunately it's close to the recycling center and you hear trucks at 7:30 in the am! It was 90 degree weather so we missed having air conditioning or at least having the 4 portable fans work. This nice townhome was the perfect place for our family of four. It had everything we needed (space, TV and DVD players, hottub, grill) for an enjoyable stay. Overall condition was nice. The only suggestion I have is for a thicker comforter for the master bedroom bed (it got cold) and additional paper products. This home was beautiful and had great features. However, there should be a disclaimer or a reduction in price given that it is directly behind the recycling facility. All mornings we were there we were woken up between 4:30-7 with the noise of trucks coming and going and backing up. Our kids weren’t disrupted upstairs but in the master suite there is no sleeping through it unless perhaps you bring earplugs. It was very unfortunate, otherwise we would say 5 stars, beautiful home, walkable to the village, great features like fireplaces, hot tub, games, Netflix. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The property description was accurate regarding the layout and location. The house was clean and well-maintained. We cooked most meals at the house and there were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. No restaurants were open due to Covid but we did get pizza take out one night. We had stayed in these units on a previous vacation and we were pleased to be renting in Aquila again. Size is perfect for our family and the location is great. I found this unit a bit “used” in appearance, carpets were quite marked, master bedroom bedspread was stained, light fixture over island didn’t work even after we purchased a light bulb as a possible remedy. We were more home bound due to COVID and this unit had lots of space for our 6 person family. We also ate all meals in except one which was a change from previous vacations.
