This Stunning two-story house at 17183 Blue Heron is perfect for those who love the outdoors. Located just nine minutes from Sunriver and 25 minutes from Mt. Bachelor, it is a great base camp for winter ski trips. In the summer, you can relax in the spacious backyard situated right on the river and grill on the 2000 sq. ft. foot back deck. No matter the season, you can enjoy starry nights while relaxing by the fire or soaking in the private hot tub.

The fully stocked kitchen features a double oven, sleek oven top, and plenty of seating for large groups. The house has four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each room with its own TV. The garage also boasts a ping pong table for game night.

After a long day exploring Central Oregon and beyond, you can unwind with a family movie on the massive 65-inch TV in the living room. This beautiful home will exceed your expectations and provide a relaxing retreat in the mountains.

This home is not pet friendly due to owners having pet allergies. There is a $500.00 fine if a pet is brought into the home as well as eviction. Home has Exterior cameras near the front driveway, front door, and back door.

This home comes with boat ramp access at the Snow Goose Marina parking lot. A great place to swim or to launch your Kayaks.

Well stocked place; towels, kitchen, games etc. Everything was clean and organized. Having the cruiser bikes was a nice addition. We were there during a very high pollen count so the outdoor furniture was covered and required a lot of cleaning to make it hospitable. I wish there were kayaks to use as the small creek/river looked like it could be a fun time.

This was the perfect spot for our girl's weekend. Stunning views to the water, a lovely back deck, huge hot tub that fit all of us, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything we could need. The space was so cozy and warm and it was an easy 30-minute drive into downtown Bend for shopping, food, and activities. I would definitely return!

This was an excellent stay! The house was beautiful, super clean, well appointed, spacious, and really cozy. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. The fireplace worked great, and the hot tub was huge and worked well. Mark and Kate were great to work with and very responsive. BEAUTIFUL! The house and property are simply stunning. It was the perfect home base for our family's trip to Sunriver. The kids LOVED the enormous backyard and easy access to the river. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after biking/hiking/kayaking nearby. The home was well stocked and very clean. We would love to come back!

This home was hands down the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Our experience was nothing short of incredible. It is ridiculously clean, tastefully decorated, and in a great location on the river. We especially loved our late nights by the fireplace and early mornings on the dock. We visited Sunriver under very sad circumstances as we attending a funeral, but this house was wonderful to call home as we gathered and mourned as a family. We are forever grateful for our time spent here and will certainly be back.

We loved this beautiful home. We brought our 3 kids and our friends brought their 2 year old for Christmas! Skiing was an easy 30 min away and we loved the hot tub and the safe neighborhood. Lots of fun board games for the whole family. Such a cozy fun home!
