Lynx 3 is the perfect vacation home. It is ideally located within walking distance to the Sunriver Village Mall, Eateries, and aquatic center. With access to 35+ miles of paved bike trails, this home is perfect for adventurers looking to explore the area and beyond.

Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom with a bathroom, downstairs you’ll find the second bedroom with two twin bunk beds and a desk for remote work. Nice smaller place in Sunriver

A really nice smaller place in Sunriver, perfect for our small family, and we really appreciated that it was pet friendly. We would happily book this again. Yes, it is an older house, but it was very comfortable, nicely updated. Had great AC! The upstairs mattress was very comfortable. The person that used the downstairs mattress said it was a little lumpy but okay. Nice game room; we enjoyed the foosball and shuffleboard tables. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, missing a few things, but good enough. All these homes have scratched-up pots and pans, so that's to be expected. The hot tub was great. We did hear the train a few times during the day, but it was never that loud, and never bothered us at night. Great location close to the village and trails.

Not a Bad Stay But Room Fro Improvement

The management company had good communication. The property is very close to the village and SHARC, which was a big plus for us on this trip. The fireplace was nice to have in the living room. The property is aged. The furniture is old and not comfortable. The master bedroom is really small, and there wasn't a TV in the bedroom, which is something I typically like to have. We only tend to spend the evening at our rental, and for that reason, it wasn't a bad stay, but having rentals lots of properties in Sunriver, this one was one of the less desirable rentals we had.

Cozy cabin like atmosphere that was conveniently located very close to the village and sharc swim center. Hosts were very quick to respond and very friendly. We loved that we were able to bring our dog and they had a kennel ready for us to use.

Great house with amazing location We had a fantastic time at this house! The location is perfect. The only complaint was a broken hot tub for the first 24 hours however, the property management company was very communicative about this and worked diligently to have it fixed in time for us to still get to enjoy. Awesome place, perfect location

The cabin is charming, cozy, clean and lots of fun. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. It is within walking distance to most of the activities we wanted to do in Sun River and an easy in and out to the highway. We will definitely come back here on our next trip to Bend.
