Welcome to 9 Mt. St. Helens. A beautiful, private, air-conditioned, three-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, located on the North end of Sunriver inside a peaceful neighborhood and only 5 minutes to the North Grocery Store. When entering the home, you are invited by the nature lighting and beauty that Sunriver has to offer.

This home is ideal for multi-generational families. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms all on the same level, with a private hot tub, back patio, and all the necessities you need while on vacation.

This home has a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook meals and BBQ. The owner of this home has provided bikes in the garage for your convenience so you and your family can enjoy the 35+ miles of paved bikes trails inside the Sunriver Community.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed with its own bathroom. The second primary bedroom has a queen with its own bathroom, and third bedroom includes a bunk bed with twin over full and a bathroom. All rooms offer tower fans. The queen room has a twin mattress in the closet for the twin trundle bed frame.

The living room has a flat screen tv with cable, a ceiling fan, and plenty of seating for the whole family to gather around the fireplace and watch a movie together after a long day of exploring Central Oregon and Beyond.

Perfectly clean and quiet place. Pictures and descriptions matched home. For 1 or 2 families or 6 people this place is great. Had all the kitchen items needed, each bedroom had a bathroom, and the back deck w Bbq was our hang out spot. Would stay here again. Beautiful little spot for our family.
