Welcome to 56214 Black Duck! Newly built in 2021, this beautiful single-level 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is in Oregon Water Wonderland, just 10 minutes from Sunriver Village.
The living room boasts plenty of comfortable seating and a 65" flat screen TV with BlueRay/DVD player.
This home has a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware and dinnerware needed for family meals. Dining table seating for 6 and barstool seating for 2 at the kitchen island.
The primary bedroom is a king ensuite with 54" TV, BlueRay/DVD player, and attached bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second room is a king guest bedroom. The third bedroom has a twin over full pyramid bunk. Bedroom four has one twin bunk bed and one additional twin bed.
Head outside to the stunning, private backyard that's fully equipped with corn hole, volleyball, badminton, and a fence on three sides. Included on the .5-acre lot, you'll find a gas BBQ and outdoor fire pit with firewood for your enjoyment.
After a long day exploring Sunriver and beyond, relax in the new hot tub, or go for a bike ride with the 4 adult bikes included. Interested in a family friendly ping pong tournament? Head out to the garage and you will find a ping pong table! This home also includes board and card games!
The property has access to Oregon Water Wonderland's private park and dock on the Deschutes River. Minutes away from some of the greatest, fishing, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, and outdoor recreation and is only 20 minutes from Mt. Bachelor ski resort.
