5 Cottonwood is a luxury rental provided with air-conditioning, where year-round outdoor adventures await. This private home is on the quiet North side of Sunriver, near the Woodlands Golf Course and Sunriver Marketplace.

This home is a reverse living, with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, plus den. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, the living room has ample seating for family gatherings, and the dining room provides enough space for the family to have a meal together. Included upstairs is the spacious primary suite with a tongue and groove wood vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, jetted tub, and separate shower. The upper deck is newly remodeled and provides seating, a BBQ and a private hot tub for your enjoyment.

Head downstairs and you will find an additional 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a den that provides space for additional sleeping. The second bedroom includes a new king bedroom set equipped with new bedding. Enter the third bedroom which includes a new queen bed and new bedding!

The den has a full hide a bed, sleeping up to two, a TV, and mini wet bar. Cottonwood also provides a desk in case you need space to work from home.

Additionally, the garage has a ping pong table, bikes, and space to park your car. Cottonwood is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty Sunriver has to offer!

Cottonwood does not allow pets in the home. There is a $500 fine for each pet that is brought in, and guests will be evicted from the property immediately.

We loved our stay. We would definitely stay again if we are in Sunriver. The house was beautiful and spacious for our family of four, stocked with all that we need for a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the bikes, ping pong table and the hot tub. We skied at Mt. Bachelor during the day than biked, played ping pong, made BBQ on the deck and then soaked in the hot tub late at night stargazing the dark skies. Perfect vacation! Thank you
