9 East Park is a charming and convenient cabin perfectly located within walking distance to the Village Mall with all it’s fun shops, eateries and the Sunriver Country Store. Swing over to Sunriver Brewery for an award-winning craft brew or visit Goody’s on a hot day and cool off with a scoop of fresh ice cream. Whatever your desired treat is, you will be sure to find it in Sunriver!

This home is perfect for the entire family, including your four-legged friend. Situated on a quiet lot, the cabin provides easy access to paved biking and walking paths for exploring the area.

The home is layered in a way that allows for privacy with two bedrooms and one bath located on the upper level, one bedroom with a king bed and second with two sets of bunks, and a queen bedroom located on the ground level along with a second bath. Also on the ground level is a small TV nook with futon, which is the perfect spot for kids or teens to have some space of their own. The living room area has a free-standing fireplace where one can enjoy a warm fire after a long day of skiing or playing in the snow. Also included for everyone’s entertainment is a large flat screen TV, perfect for a late movie or a big game. The kitchen and dining room are open to the living room so everyone can join in the fun. The enclosed deck area is great for both kids and pets!

The house was very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the fireplace - probably the best one we've had at an Airbnb. The bed (only used master) was comfortable, and everything else great.

PROS: This place has a lot going for it. Close to the village (walkable!) a very well stocked kitchen and pet friendly! Plenty of space for our family of 4 plus dogs. Beds were super comfortable. Incredible DVD collection. CONS: Unreliable internet (hard for working from home) and the washing machine flooded.. neither of these things made our time frustrating… just something to note that this place could use some updates.

Excellent house for a family break. Proved very accessible to the main village and was extremely comfortable to settle into. The hosts were always very responsive and helpful. And so many bicycles for use.

This house was wonderful! we came for my son's baseball tournament. there were enough bikes and water park passes to be able to take along a lot of kids from the team & ride bikes and play in the water. many people said their places did not come with bikes or passes so I was very happy to find this home with all the extra amenities to keep all of us busy and happy. it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery and watch the deer at the end of a long day at the ballparks

The staff was very helpful.  There is a bee hive in the eves on the deck side that should be taken care of.  It was hard to use the deck during the day becuase of all the bees.  Our dog was stung on the first day.  Other than that we had a great experience.

This is one of the original Sunriver homes, relatively small and within walking distance of the village. Four of us stayed here for five nights. We also hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for 14. It was a very comfortable house. It definitely has a 70s feel, and some of the home features weren't perfect (wall outlets were loose and plugs would fall out, one of the blinds would not open). It was extremely clean with plenty of towels. Over a cord of chopped wood was in the garage for the woodstove plus firestarters. Ten bikes were also in the garage for our free use. There was plenty of seating in the living room and a dining table that seats six. Overall, it was a very sweet, comfortable, cozy home. We would rent it again. - Anonymous from sherwood

My wife and I have been coming to Sunriver for the past 25 years. We always stay in a house in the South end of Sunriver so we can easily access the River Loop, our favorite bike ride. Most of the time we have used Village Properties as our rental agent. For many years we stayed in Vista #7 but last year when we stayed there we saw it was up for sale. Unfortunately my wife of over 41 years, passed away this past January and I didn't really want to come to Sunriver without her but wanting to honor her memory I did book a six day stay, had my son and his girlfriend visit for a couple of days and cried a lot of tears. I will return to Sunriver, as long as I can and it will always remind of the good times we had there over the years. - Ronald B. from Sublimity

This cabin was great retreat for our family and dog in Sunriver. Very nice location. We had a great time and overall enjoyed our stay. I only have a couple complaints: The SHARC pool shutdown a couple times due to staffing shortages and that was huge bummer for the kids, especially considering the overall cost of the cabin during summer. The cabin was older and simply furnished, but was adequate for a family with teens. The plus was they allowed a dog. The kitchen was furnished with plenty of necessities. If you are looking for a comfortable family cabin near the lodge, this ones for you. - Judy C. from Vancouver

We love Sunriver. It’s the perfect place for a memorable family vacation. There Is lots of things to see and experience in Sunriver and the surrounding area. This was our third time staying in Sunriver, and our first time renting a vacation house there. The location was great; close to the lodge, and Sunriver village. The neighborhood seemed quiet, and we didn’t get much, if any, road noise. The home had plenty of space for our party of 4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. The patio was enclosed with a 4 foot fence, and had a dirt area for the dogs to go potty. There was a portable basketball hoop in the driveway and a basketball( it was a little flat and we couldn’t find a pump) that the kids enjoyed using, and the garage had plenty of bikes available for use. The inside of the house was a little dated. It looked better in the pictures than in person. Some of the window coverings were badly stained( looked like water damage) and didn’t work very well. The furniture in the living room was nice and also comfortable. The beds were okay. The dining table has seen better days, and could use a refinishing. The bathrooms were small but useable. The downstairs bathroom had a couple of issues; the stopper in the sink was broken, and wouldn’t drain( Village properties sent someone out to fix it) and the tub didn’t drain very well( we reported it before we left). The upstairs bathroom had a problem with the on/off valve in the shower( it was fixed, but then it broke again). The large laundry room/ kids tv room area was a great feature of this house. That’s where the video games are set up, and a closet in the room had lots of board games available for use. I would suggest a bigger tv for that room; that one was really tiny. The kitchen was small but well stocked. I had to rearrange one cabinet so we had a place to put a few groceries.
