Bed frames in two of the bedrooms were either falling apart or were very wobbly in the case of the bunk beds.  Something should be done with these before one of the guests is injured.  The one king bed has long screws or nails that stuck out on one of the side rails.  One of us cut our hand slightly reaching underneath. 

We appreciate your feedback so much and are so thankful you brought it to our attention while staying with us.  Our owner of the home has replaced the King bed frame in that bedroom and is working on making more changes in this home.  We do hope that you will come visit again and see all the changes being made to the home. -Village Properties at Sunriver

Arrival was simple and clear. House was clean and organized. We had a group of 9. 6 adults and 3 teens. The home was just right for our group overall. At times the kitchen was tight with more than two people cooking or cleaning. The decks were nice, especially the lower deck during the heat of the day, as there is no shade on the upper deck. The bedrooms worked out well, but there are a lot of stairs, so anyone with physical limitations may struggle. One bedroom just has a single sink in the room which we found odd, yet convenient for washing up if the adjacent shared bathroom was occupied. The air conditioning did not work well at all, but we got by with fans and keeping the drapes pulled during the heat of the day. The downstairs stayed cool, but upstairs did get very warm. The best thing about the home is the location right next to the bridge. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from the top of the bridge. Amazing. Also very convenient location for bike trails and access to the river, - Timothy L. from Portland
