Welcome to 5 Maury Mountain! A private, luxurious, spacious, 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home sleeping up to 10, featuring a private hot tub and ping pong table. Situated on the Northside of Sunriver, this home is providing you with the upmost comfort and convenience for your next vacation. Included in this vacation home is a gourmet kitchen with everything provided for you to be able to prep for meals or summer cook outs. The formal dining room includes seating for up to 8 and there is a table in the kitchen for seating up to 4, and additional seating at the kitchen island. Plenty of space for the whole family!
With its recent home renovations, you will also find new furnishings throughout each room and streaming capabilities on all the TVs. The living room includes a large sectional and ample seating for the whole family to lounge around, watch movies, and cozy up by the fireplace. The living room also provides cable tv, so you can watch local events, and sports on the 65-inch flat screen tv.
Located on the main floor is the primary king bedroom with a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, walk in closet, bathroom with soaking tub, and walk in shower. Heading upstairs, you will find the additional 3 bedrooms. A queen guest room, sleeping 2. The bunk room with a flat screen tv, books, and cable TV as well as a day bed for additional guests.
