Located on the Deschutes River about 6 miles from Sunriver Village Mall, this beautiful 3-bedroom 2 bath home includes sleeping for up to 8 and fully updated amenities. Dog Friendly! Master bedroom has a king size bed, daybed with trundle, sleeping up to 4. A private balcony with seating facing the stunning Deschutes River, and a desk if you need to work remotely. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, walk in closet, and in the third room you will find an adult size bunk with a queen on the bottom and full bed on top with a walk-in closet.

Additional features include, private river dock, cable tv in the living room and master bedroom. Full size washer and dryer, sectional couch for those nights you want to cozy up and read a book or watch a movie with the family.

Sit outside and bird watch or enjoy the peaceful serene that Sunriver has to offer. This home is exactly what you are looking for if you want the full Sunriver Experience!

The owner has an art studio that is located downstairs of the main house and the owner lives next door to the property in a separate log cabin. The owner may stop in to grab art pieces downstairs, periodically. The owner will never disturb the renters at Merganser or come into the main house. The homes maintenance technician does live on site in an RV and doesn't enter the home unless requested to do work with permission from you first, if needed, while your in house. Your privacy is most important to the owner, the maintenance technician and Village Properties. Come enjoy the peace and quiet that Merganser provides. The home is very clean and had all the needed amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The location on the water is beautiful. They did provide some coffee pods for the Keurig, but bring extra if you have a lot of coffee drinkers.

Amazing view right on river

My family and I usually stay in Bend when we ski Mt. Bachelor, but we decided to try Sunriver this year. It's just as close to the mountain, and the added bonus was that we were right on the Deschutes River. The river is so calm and beautiful, it was a really plus to have that right outside. Instead of heading into town, most nights, we just sat on the balcony deck with a beer, looking at the river. Everything is new and comfortable and you can't beat the location on the river. It's definitely a great spot. With a launch off the backyard, I'm pretty sure we're going to come back next summer for some kayaking.

Love this place. It is so beautiful on the river and the place has a wonderful view from the master suite and deck out towards the river. There is a dock for kayaking and large gazebo for eating and gathering. It is close to skiing and to all that the area has to offer sportswise. Everything you need is nearby. The house is so well decorated and newly furnished and is very comfortable. You and your family and/or friends will truly enjoy your stay here.
