Welcome to 12 Muskrat. Part cabin, part elegant bungalow, this charming single-story home is just a short walk from the Village and Sunriver homeowners aquatic center (SHARC).

This home has new king and queen beds, carpet, barbecue, granite countertops and a french door refrigerator. The well-equipped kitchen opens out to a peaceful deck where you can BBQ and dine. The three flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and DVDs will ensure that guests of all ages are entertained. There are also board games, golf clubs, tennis racquets and a cozy fireplace.

Muskrat 12 is situated on a corner lot, giving it forested views from many windows. It's hard to get closer to SHARC than this - just minutes away on foot. A bit further down the road is the Country Store, Village Mall, coffeehouses and dining.

Included in your Muskrat 12 stay:

This home is near an active railroad. Trains rarely blow their whistle in Sunriver and average trips through Sunriver are 2-4 times per day.

Cozy cabin with a well-stocked kitchen and deck with gas Barbecue. Located within a short walk to the Village and SHARC. Ample seating and a TV in both bedrooms. Quiet, private location. Will definitely return.

We enjoyed our place at 12 Muskrat Lane. Place was very clean and well maintained. Location was very close to Sharc and the village, so we felt it was at a great location.Only issue was that the place is fairly dark, and lights needed to be turned on all day to lighten up the place. - Anonymous from San Carlos

PROS: 12 Muskrat was a very nice place for a relaxing vacation: close to shops and restaurants but in a quiet location among the trees. The property was clean and had many amenities. Sunriver has a lot to offer from good restaurants to nature. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.CONS: Although the Wifi worked well, the cable/TV could not pick up a signal in any of the 3 rooms which had a TV. The note on the TV instructed visitors to call Bendbroadband, but I did not want to spend vacation time on the phone with a cable company. Also, this property lacks some basic resources for the mobility impaired. Neither shower has grab bars, the entrance and deck stairs do not have railings, the shag rug is difficult for someone with a cane to walk on, the glasses and dishes are largely inaccessible to shorter people, and the car parking area and path to the house are rocky and hard to navigate for the mobility impaired. - Anonymous from Woodland

We loved everything about this cozy cabin. It was very well stocked with everything our family of 4 needed and we loved the added touch of the fire logs and popcorn for us to enjoy.
