Located in the serene north end of Sunriver, this beautiful single-story home is the perfect start of your Sunriver vacation story. For guests visiting this home with an EV, there is a Level 2 Charging station in the garage!
You’ll love the safe cul-de-sac this home is located on, which is perfect for those just learning to ride a bike. Once comfortable with bike riding, they can take their skills on the road with easy access to over 30 miles of bike paths in Sunriver located right behind this home. If you’re into a little friendly competition, the north end tennis courts are also located at the end of this cul-de-sac.

When you arrive at 3 Splitrock, the stone steps lead you to the welcoming front deck. You’ll enjoy the convenience of the keyless entry that rolls out before your very eyes immediately introducing you to the cozy living room and sweeping toward the dining and kitchen area. The vaulted ceilings throughout the home and flooding of natural light from multiple windows, give this home a grandiose, comforting, and luxurious feel that you desire in a vacation home.

If you’ve just returned from the mountain and need to dry your boots, make an immediate right from the front door or step right into the utility room from the garage where you’ll find a custom boot dryer. Feel free to throw any muddied or snow drenched gear you may have right into the washer/dryer located in the same room. Don’t worry, we’ve provided you with a starter set of laundry detergent so no need to remember to pack this!

Whether you’ve just arrived from out of town or from a day full of adventure, you’ll love melting into the leather couches in the living room. Perhaps you’re in the mood to catch up on that novel you’ve been meaning to finish? As if plucked from you own fantasy, there’s an oversized chair and ottoman right next to the fireplace that is begging you to do just that.

If this is a working vacation or flexcation and you need to get some work done, you’ll appreciate the built-in desk and work area with light that help you conquer the work/school day then easily transition into vacation mode!

The chef in your group will revel in this marvelous kitchen with a gas stove, stainless steel appliances and so much space that the sous chef and chef will seamless work together to create their culinary delights. Once completed the spacious island offers the perfect place to display the chef’s dishes and allow everyone room to line up, fill their plates and flow right into the dining room. This year was different. New master bath that is nice the middle of the night the bright light and fan came on, which the bed is close. Scared me to death had to get up to turn off on the second night I decided to call. They sent person out and the unscrewed light. The next night was better. We've worked with Village Properties for several years and would rate this home in the top two. The house was comfortable and clean and the kitchen well equipped. The only two issues would be that the cleaning staff needs to make sure that the phones and remote controls are sanitized, especially during this COVID-19 environment - they were pretty yucky, but we had sanitizer with us cleaned them. Over all a nice stay. Disappointed that we were not able to use the hot tub for the first two days because it was broken. Could have used a throw for the couch. The outside needs some work. Nails are popping up on the deck (needs staining) and front porch. Very comfortable bed. A chair would be handy in the master bedroom. The kitchen was very well appointed. - Lolita M. from Seattle

This was our 4th time renting this property and will soon be booking for 2021. We love the kitchen - great for cooking and visiting, good appliances and dish wear.
