Description

This attractive Sunriver Vacation home boasts a fantastic location and many alluring features, making it a wonderful place to call home during your visit. Situated a short distance from Aquatics recreation facility. From here, it is easy to bike on over to Fort Rock Park for a picnic or to let the kids run around and play at the play ground. This setting offers convenient access to all of the excitement of the Sunriver area, while providing a quiet retreat with plenty of outdoor space for entertaining. For guests visiting us with an EV, there is a Level 2 Charging Station in the garage.

This classic 3-bedroom home has lots of updates. There is a very romantic master bedroom and bath, both upstairs and downstairs. The master bathroom upstairs has a large jacuzzi tub with a shower, two sinks, lots of space, and a very large master closet. This 3.5 bath home gives plenty of room for the whole family and lots of privacy.

The split-level home takes you upstairs to a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a gas cooktop and tile countertops. Just off the kitchen is a dining table that comfortably seats 6 and additional seating at the bar for 2. The living room, off the kitchen has hand scraped hickory hardwood floors that run throughout the upper level. Step out to the upper deck for family grilling, and a nice sized family table, making eating outdoors a fresh air experience that only Central Oregon has to offer.

Send the kids to the downstairs family room to watch TV, while the rest of the group enjoys a glass of wine out on the upper deck. The downstairs offers a separate family/gaming room with a sink and mini refrigerator for convenience. After a long day of Sunriver activities, walk right out the door to the hot tub area for a relaxing experience. The lower level has a great kids room with a log style twin bunk bed over the top of a queen bed, and another bathroom for privacy. Exit to the very large two-car garage with an additional refrigerator and Ping-Pong table. The large front area has plenty of parking for everyone.

From the downstairs level, you can access a large utility room, with washer and dryer and utility sink for your convenience. Best of all, this home is pet friendly. There is lots of space for the family pet, and a large front area for running. This home truly has it all.

 We love this house We try to say here everytime we come to Sunriver. The house had a hard time keeping to temp since the weather was so cold, so that sucked. We had to bundle up inside the house. Other than that the house is wonderful. It has everything and is always very clean!! Thank you! Oh on thing the kitchen has a creek in the floor to the right of the oven. It’s very annoying for the person sleeping in the master downstairs :/

Property at 30 Vine Maple was wonderful.  It was very clean and well maintained.  We really appreciated how well stoked the kitchen was. There were common spices and seasonings.  There was a roll of foil and plastic wrap and several plastic storage containers- I haven't seen those provided at multiple other houses I have stayed at.  We have used Village Properties in the past and will definitely use them again as they were helpful and responsive.  We arrived on the hottest day of the year and the air conditioners wasn't working.  this was a Sunday, but the maintenance person was there in 30 mintues and fixed the problem.  We were impressed.  Thank you to all of you at Village Properties for a wonderful family vacation.

We've been to Sunriver often and this is one of the nicest homes we have rented for our family of four and our little dog. Spacious layout with privacy for all in a quiet neighborhood. Note to management: The refrigerator doors are difficult to keep shut (you really have to push them hard) and the exhaust fan on the Jenn Air stove did not work resulting in the fire alarm going off several times. The home was in a perfect location. Everything was laid out very well. It was a chilly spring break but my kids made the most of it all. Playing ping pong and air hockey in the garage, riding bikes and playing board games. We would have used the pool but with COVID we chose not to do that this time. A fenced yard would have been nice for our small dachshund but it looks like it is not part of the HOA in this area.
