A beautiful, private, air-conditioned, three-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, located on the North end of Sunriver inside a peaceful neighborhood and only 5 minutes to the North Grocery Store. When entering the home, you are invited by the nature lighting and beauty that Sunriver has to offer.

This home is ideal for multi-generational families. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms all on the same level, with a private hot tub, back patio, and all the necessities you need while on vacation.

This home has a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook meals and BBQ. The owner of this home has provided bikes in the garage for your convenience so you and your family can enjoy the 35+ miles of paved bikes trails inside the Sunriver Community.

This was a good space for our family and would stay here again. We liked the open living/dining room and kitchen, the layout and outdoor space. Our dogs were very happy with all the carpet but we did find it odd to have carpet around the toilets in two of the three bathrooms. I wish there was an outside light at the hot tub because it was hard to open/close it with cell phone flashlights.

Perfect place for a family with little ones. There aren’t a lot of obstacles and floor objects to distract and temp children. We had a lovely family vacation and enjoyed the hot tub and huge closet in the master bedroom (the baby slept there in his portacrib)!
