Contacting our Vacation Property Manager is the first step. They will walk you through our services, conduct the initial home inspection, and determine whether your home is a good match. Then, the Vacation Property Manager will outline our management program options, All Inclusive or Traditional, and the Vacation Rental Contract. We’ll thoroughly discuss how to set you up for success. Once you decide to partner with us, our goal is to get your vacation rental up and running as soon as possible.
From there, we handle everything.

Through your online portal, you'll be able to see your home's reservation calendar, book your own stay, or make a reservation for a personal guest.
If you'd like to make a personal reservation within 48 hours of arrival, you will have to call the office to make the reservation.
It is worth noting the amount and dates of personal stays will affect your home's vacation revenue.
As your partner, we're committed. We hope to earn your confidence over time. However, if you decide to terminate the Vacation Rental Agreement, you may do so at any time with 60 days' notice.

Select properties are even advertised on Homes & Villas by Marriott International, a premium and luxury vacation rental platform that reaches more than 153 million Marriott Bonvoy members around the world.
Regardless of where they reserve, all vacation guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pay a damage waiver (similar to a security deposit). It is of utmost importance to us that all guests respect your home and are aware of house rules.
Yes. We manage both vacation homes and vacation condos in Central Oregon.
