Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The property description was accurate regarding the layout and location. The house was clean and well-maintained. We cooked most meals at the house and there were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. No restaurants were open due to Covid but we did get pizza take out one night. I would recommend the house to a friend or relative. The hot tub was a real bonus.

We had stayed in these units on a previous vacation and we were pleased to be renting in Aquila again. Size is perfect for our family and the location is great. I found this unit a bit “used” in appearance, carpets were quite marked, master bedroom bedspread was stained, light fixture over island didn’t work even after we purchased a light bulb as a possible remedy. We were more home bound due to COVID and this unit had lots of space for our 6 person family. We also ate all meals in except one which was a change from previous vacations. The kitchen was adequately equipped to meet our needs.

This nice townhome was the perfect place for our family of four. It had everything we needed (space, TV and DVD players, hottub, grill) for an enjoyable stay. Overall condition was nice. The only suggestion I have is for a thicker comforter for the master bedroom bed (it got cold) and additional paper products. We had to purchase some to get us through the week.

This home was beautiful and had great features. However, there should be a disclaimer or a reduction in price given that it is directly behind the recycling facility. All mornings we were there we were woken up between 4:30-7 with the noise of trucks coming and going and backing up. Our kids weren’t disrupted upstairs but in the master suite there is no sleeping through it unless perhaps you bring earplugs. It was very unfortunate, otherwise we would say 5 stars, beautiful home, walkable to the village, great features like fireplaces, hot tub, games, Netflix. But know it will be noisy in the early morning, no real noticeable noise the rest of the time.

Nice, spacious home. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of room!! Unfortunately it's close to the recycling center and you hear trucks at 7:30 in the am! It was 90 degree weather so we missed having air conditioning or at least having the 4 portable fans work. Only 1 worked :( It was impossible to even get a pool time but that's a sign of the times we're in right now! But we enjoyed the hot tub a lot!

The Oregon fires kept us indoors for half our stay and that allowed us to get to know Aquila 5. It was well appointed, clean, very roomy and in a quiet location. We will stay in Aquila again next year.
