This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath cabin has everything you need for vacationing in Sunriver! Sleeps up to 10 and includes 8 water park passes to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic Center.

Deluxe kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals and has stainless steel appliances, large island with breakfast bar, and dining room with a large table for gathering. Tranquil atmosphere in great room with high vaulted ceilings and large windows to bring in the natural light.

The primary bedroom is located downstairs and includes a California king bed, gas fireplace, ensuite master bathroom with double vanity.
Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. One has a California king bed with a twin trundle bed, sleeping up to 4. The other bedroom has a California king bed and sofa pull out. Additionally, upstairs you will have a full bathroom with double vanity. Need extra room for sleeping for the kids? The loft has an extra sofa pull out.

Amazing pet friendly cabin, thoughtfully appointed and in a walkable location (~15-20 mins to the village + close to many trails). We loved staying at the cabin, it was clean and cozy with everything you need for you and your pet. Easy check-in/check-out process. Only downside was that it's attached to another cabin and shares a fence with Sunriver's recycling facility (not as private as other homes we stayed at in the past) but it wasn't noisy, we only saw a few people working across the fence every now and then.

This was our first time at Sunriver. We usually try to take a family trip each year mostly we go to the coast. A friend had mentioned Sunriver. We had specifically searched for a dog friendly place. We read many reviews that were positive and negative for many places. We chose to stay at Aquila #5. This home exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely amazing. It was so spacious and fit perfectly for our family and two dogs. It was stocked well with everything we could think of which made our stay even better. The hot tub and foosball table a plus. We felt so comfortable and cozy, our dogs too. It was also short drive to the Village and the SHARC. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning.

Overall this was a great home for our family and fur babies. I especially loved the extra pet friendly touches- like the water bowls and treat bags for the dogs, having extra collars and leashes and water bowls. House was very roomy for our family and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The property description was accurate regarding the layout and location. The house was clean and well-maintained. We cooked most meals at the house and there were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. No restaurants were open due to Covid but we did get pizza take out one night. We had stayed in these units on a previous vacation and we were pleased to be renting in Aquila again. Size is perfect for our family and the location is great. I found this unit a bit “used” in appearance, carpets were quite marked, master bedroom bedspread was stained, light fixture over island didn’t work even after we purchased a light bulb as a possible remedy. We were more home bound due to COVID and this unit had lots of space for our 6 person family. We also ate all meals in except one which was a change from previous vacations. This nice townhome was the perfect place for our family of four. It had everything we needed (space, TV and DVD players, hottub, grill) for an enjoyable stay. Overall condition was nice. The only suggestion I have is for a thicker comforter for the master bedroom bed (it got cold) and additional paper products. This home was beautiful and had great features. However, there should be a disclaimer or a reduction in price given that it is directly behind the recycling facility. All mornings we were there we were woken up between 4:30-7 with the noise of trucks coming and going and backing up. Our kids weren’t disrupted upstairs but in the master suite there is no sleeping through it unless perhaps you bring earplugs. It was very unfortunate, otherwise we would say 5 stars, beautiful home, walkable to the village, great features like fireplaces, hot tub, games, Netflix. Nice, spacious home. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of room!! Unfortunately it's close to the recycling center and you hear trucks at 7:30 in the am! It was 90 degree weather so we missed having air conditioning or at least having the 4 portable fans work.
