Description

19 Klamath is a charming, recently renovated two-level home located between the Woodlands Golf Course and the Deschutes River. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath Sunriver vacation home provides air conditioning. Upon entering, you’ll notice the vaulted ceilings towering over the large living room, complete with new leather furnishings and a large flat-screen television. Cozy up on the couch, watch a movie, or read a book by the gas fireplace surrounded with natural stone.

The oversized primary suite on the main level makes for the perfect retreat when you’re looking for solitude. It includes cable TV and has access to the hot tub. The attached bathroom features two separate vanities and a shower/tub combo. Head upstairs to find the additional bedrooms. Bedroom two has a king-sized bed and cable TV. Bedroom three is perfect for kids, with two twin bunks sleeping up to 4 people. There is also a full bathroom on this level. In total, this home sleeps up to 8 guests.

Step outside to enjoy the deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor seating. When you’re ready to relax and unwind, take a dip in the hot tub, or stargaze from the back deck while cuddling up with a blanket. Traveling with your furry friend? There’s also a small, enclosed dog run with artificial turf behind the garage. Interested in a ping pong tournament with the family? We stayed a week at this well appointed and comfortable home with all the customary amenities, plus a whole next level of attention to the details by the property management company. It provided a week’s worth of the items that are a nuisance to go and buy, such as paper towels, soaps, trash bags etc. It also provided a well maintained bike for each guest, ping pong table and dog amenities (the pet fee was reasonable. ). The house was spotless and had updated counters, fixtures and furnishings. The fireplace/furnace thermostat integration could be improved to require less adjustment. The privacy is pretty good for the area, the hot tub is great, and the location abuts the walking/biking trail. We would happily stay again. 5 stars for a nice Sun River house for two plus couples or a smaller group.

Beautiful home, clean, great location. Felt private even with neighbors. Arrived and was surprised to find two goodie bags for our dogs. Included ball, treat and poop bags. My favorite house I have stayed in so far in Sunriver!

Loved our stay!! So much to do in the Sunriver area. Kids had a blast! Property is in a great location. House is very comfortable and we would highly recommend it to other families. We did a waterfall hike nearby, putting course, SHARC, family fun float at the marina, Sunriver Brewing.

House was great for a long weekend with family friends! Very clean with nice amenities. The hot tub and ping pong table were fun to have and kept us all entertained when we weren’t playing in the snow. We had an issue with the dishwasher and the Wi-Fi. When we reached out they were very quick to have someone come look at the leaking dishwasher, but weren’t helpful with getting the Wifi fixed which was disappointing as two of us had planned to work some while staying.

Rebecca, we are so glad that you had a wonderful time at our Klamath home despite a few hiccups with the internet. We do have a new dishwasher coming for this home, and internet is getting repaired we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention.
