Lynx 3 is the perfect vacation home. It is ideally located within walking distance to the Sunriver Village Mall, Eateries, and aquatic center. With access to 35+ miles of paved bike trails, this home is perfect for adventurers looking to explore the area and beyond.

Cozy cabin like atmosphere that was conveniently located very close to the village and sharc swim center. Hosts were very quick to respond and very friendly. We loved that we were able to bring our dog and they had a kennel ready for us to use.

Great house with amazing location We had a fantastic time at this house! The location is perfect. The only complaint was a broken hot tub for the first 24 hours however, the property management company was very communicative about this and worked diligently to have it fixed in time for us to still get to enjoy. The cabin is charming, cozy, clean and lots of fun. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. It is within walking distance to most of the activities we wanted to do in Sun River and an easy in and out to the highway. We will definitely come back here on our next trip to Bend.
