Hi Delores, Thank you for taking the time to review us and this home. Also thank you for letting us know about the one fan that isn't functioning. All of our homes without AC should have two working fans in them, we will be replacing that other fan. Anytime there is a problem with something in the home please reach out to us as we will do our best to resolve the issue, we would have provided you all with an additional fan as we have extras in the office for instances such as this.
