Welcome to 5 Quartz Mountain. This beautiful, luxurious, well acquainted, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath home with recent updates and a private covered hot tub is perfect for your next vacation in Sunriver! Located near Fort Rock Park and playground, access to 35+ miles of paved bike trails.
Downstairs you will find the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room perfect for larger families. Inside the living room there is a gas fireplace, ample seating, big screen tv for those movies nights when you want to cuddle up on the couch. Also, cable in the living room and streaming capabilities throughout the home! This home also has air conditioning!
The primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-sized bed with a private bathroom, and a portable ac window unit. The second primary suite is also located upstairs with a king bed and a portable window ac unit available to use in the summertime. The third bedroom is downstairs and includes two twin-sized bunk beds sleeping up to 4. The fourth bedroom is also located downstairs and includes a queen-size bed.
