Sister Getaway

We're 3 sisters, all in our 70's, and love the single level floorplan. The new hot tub cover is fantastic, one person can lift the cover single handedly. The kitchen is well stocked, we enjoy cooking and sharing new recipes with each other. One sister had back surgery 11/19, and 3 days later sustained a broken ankle. With her added care, we didn't know if we'd be able to complete our check out by 10:30. I spoke with Sage on the day of our leaving to see if we could extend the time to 11. She graciously approved our request. As it was, we were out much earlier due to the projected weather forecast for our trip home. We'll soon be making reservations for our 20th annual November Bend/Sunriver Sister's weekend and 8th consecutive stay at 3 Splitrock Lane. The house is within walking distance of the Marketplace, great for last minute supplies or lottery tickets. Thanks for a great, welcoming home.

This was our 4th time renting this property and will soon be booking for 2021. We love the kitchen - great for cooking and visiting, good appliances and dish wear. Over all a nice stay. Disappointed that we were not able to use the hot tub for the first two days because it was broken. Could have used a throw for the couch. The outside needs some work. Nails are popping up on the deck (needs staining) and front porch. Very comfortable bed. A chair would be handy in the master bedroom. The kitchen was very well appointed. - Lolita M. from Seattle

We've worked with Village Properties for several years and would rate this home in the top two. The house was comfortable and clean and the kitchen well equipped. The only two issues would be that the cleaning staff needs to make sure that the phones and remote controls are sanitized, especially during this COVID-19 environment - they were pretty yucky, but we had sanitizer with us cleaned them. This year was different. New master bath that is nice the middle of the night the bright light and fan came on, which the bed is close. Scared me to death had to get up to turn off on the second night I decided to call. They sent person out and the unscrewed light. The next night was better.
